Also don't feed fletcher any treats. James says he's getting fat.

"Good boy, thank you fletcher" I cooed to the barn owl who hooted softly in reply and flew out of the open window in the Gryffindor tower. The letter tied to his leg and on its way to the man who would not be happy to read it.
Oh well
"Fawny baby? Could we talk please?" I turned around to face Sirius. My eyebrows furrowed in confusion as I looked at the clock on the west wall of the room that read '5:15'.
"Siri? It's quarter past five in the morning? Why are you awake?" I asked surprised and gestured for the shaggy haired boy to take a seat on the scarlett couch in the middle of the room.
"I was awake and I heard you down here and I just really need someone to talk to. No- scratch that. I really need you to talk to Fawny baby" Sirius sighed and ran a hand through his hair.
He seemed confused and upset. Something that wasn't very common for Sirius Black. He was always light hearted, laid back and joking. But the times when he did show these emotions, the reason was never good. But those were times before he moved out of the Black family household. Those were the dark times in his life where depression invaded his mind more than the cigarette smoke from his stolen pack did.
"Sirius you know I'm always here for you. You never need to ask to talk to me" I replied with a gentle smile and rested my hand over his. His grey eyes darted up from our hands to my face. He offered me a tight lipped smile before he nodded and cleared his throat.
"Right well I've been thinking for a while now. This isn't very sudden if I'm honest, I've noticed the changes I've been having. I know what is happening to me and I just don't want to admit it" Sirius muttered and furrowed his eyebrows in thought as he looked down at my hand over his and started to pick at the blue nail polish on my nails.
"It's ok Siri. Whatever it is you want to tell me, just tell me. I won't judge you. I don't think I could ever judge or dislike you" I chuckled light heartedly and placed my over hand over his. I watched as he continued to look at our hands. He moved so he was holding both my hands in his and darted his eyes up to look into my own. He took a deep breath and shook his shoulders out and nodded his head. I hated to see him like this. He was nervous and I wanted nothing more than to grab his shoulders and shake all the nerves out of his body.
It was just me
"Fawn-" He started and I hummed softly. I nodded my head, encouraging him to continue on with what he was going to say.
"Fawn-" he cleared his throat and shook his head as his grip on my hands tightened and he shook his head. His right leg bounced in what I assumed was nerves and frustration and his grey eyes were cloudy with so many emotions I couldn't decipher just one.
"Yeah Pads?" I answered and gave his hands a small squeeze of reassurance. The actions seemed to calm the boy down slightly as he parted his lips again.
"I'm breaking up with Marlene" he mumbled and nodded his head as if he was agreeing with the words that left his mouth.
My own lips formed the shape of an 'O' as I slowly nodded my head and sent him a small reassuring smile. "And you're entitled to do that Siri. It's your life, your relationship. I would never tell you what you need to do is wrong" I voiced and my eyes widened as Sirius left go of my hands and wrapped his arms around my waist. He pulled me to his chest for a hug and I wrapped my arms around his shoulders.
