We were sitting on the beach around the bonfire. It was 8 o'clock in the evening, so it was almost sunset. I was looking at the sky. There was just us. Me, Dennis, Logan and Jude. I wasn't paying attention to what they were talking about. I was spacing out. My thoughts were constantly leading to Tobias. Then I heard a calm and soft voice repeating my name.

-Lea, Lii, aaa... Hey! Are u there?

I imeddiately turned my head to the source of the sound. It was Jude, she was waving her hand in front of my face. Then she gave me a gaze mixed with confussion and affliction. - Lea, are you thinking about him? Hmm? She winked.

Everyone turned their faces to see me and were waiting for my response.

I felt like my cheeks were becoming a little warm.

I... I. - I paused for a while. - Noo... I. Am. Not.

Logan frowned. Jude made facepalm. Only Dennis came to me and hugged me tight.

- Ohh... princess. You. Are. Crushing. On. Him.!

I didn't want to admit it so I just groaned - Come on, how can I? I mean, he apparently became my neighbour. And the fact that he is handsome doesn't change the bad attitude and vibes he is giving!... duh

Everyone bursted out laugh. And I felt embarassed.

- You don't have to deny anything. We are friends and we will support you in any case Li. Jude said after calming herself down.

- Yeah, bro. Here, have some and relax. - Logan took cold beer out of a small fridge and held it to me. I didn't know if I was in a mood for dinking. He grinned widely as I took the tube from him.

- Thanks, Lo. - I have just simply responded.

I took a sip, and cold liquid made his way through my throat. It tasted like grapefruit orangeade, equals my favourite. I chilled out a bit.

Jude put in the bonfire more wood because it was slowly burning out. A lot of small flickers appeard around us. Flames gave us enjoyable warmth and it covered us with orange light.

We had some more drinks among making jokes and talking about anything that comes up to our minds.

-Awww  o*hic*, Liiea smoiile moor, shourtiee *hic* - said Dennis tipsily. We all know that he is a lightweight.

-Just like this? - I grinned widely. I don't know how he manages to do it, but he has this ability to make anyone instantly wear a smile.

-And look who is talking. Dumbass, you are shorter than Li. You are like 165 cm (about 5 feet 4 inches) tall -Logan teased him.

-eyeyeye.. ima noo tha *hic* shouurtp. Loogs. You ar juestp tfoo taull.

We glanced at each other and bursted out laugter.

- Whaa is su fonny?

- Nothing Dennis. I think you had enough. So no more drinks for you. -Jude answered still trying to calm down.

- Is boiuz ennd, wan mour. Leeeeeee, gime bouiz.

- Denni, you are so cute while being drunk. But unfortunately there isn't anything left.

- oh. - Dennis pouted and turned his head to face the Sun as it was almost down.

Now I was appreciating the view too. At the horizon there was only a small dot of lightness. Sky was in pink mixed with orange and above there was navy sheet. Ocean was calm and there weren't any waves. Peace and joyful sound of the ocean. I thought to myself how much I love this place.
