First Rehearsal

Kendall follows Jaime downstairs to the basement. Unlike most, it was bright with mirrors lining one wall. Music comes to a holt as we descend the final few steps. She notices two new faces, Lauren Lopez and another man who she doesn't recognize. Nick raps on a door and 2 other men come out, one with long blonde hair and another with short.

Nick tells them all to sit in a circle. They each grab a chair from the stacks and form the shape.
"OK so some of us are new and we all don't know at least one person."
"Not true! I know everyone here. Curt and I are mates. Right, Curt?" Curt laughs.
"Yep."
"Well, apart from Joey, we all don't know someone in the room so let's go round and say our name, our main character and a fact about us. I'll go first."
"Hello. I am Nick Lang, I am the director, I have a brother called Matt and we have been here from the beginning."

The man with the long hair is next.
"Hey guys. I am Jeff Blim. I wrote this musical and I play General McNamara. My first shows were Holy Musical B@man and A Very Potter Senior Year and I have written the music as well. James?"

"Hi. I am James Tolbert and I am the choreographer. My first show choreographing was A Very Potter Sequel and this is my first show acting. I am playing Security Guard." The man who was with Lauren reveals.

"Hello. I am Robert Manion. I play Ethan. My first show was Twisted after I won a competition. And I am from Australia." An australian accent rings out.

"Jon Matteson. Gary. First show was The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals and, unlike Paul, I love musicals." Jon says.

"Jeez, how do I follow that? I am Lauren Lopez. I play Linda Monroe. I have been here since the beginning. Fun fact about me is that I love to dance."

"Hey. I am Joey Richter. I play Wilbur Cross. Like Lauren, been here from the start. Fun fact..."
"You're dating Lauren!" Shouts Robert.
"What? No! My fun fact is that I used to be on a swim team."

Curt Mega follows, stating that he is playing Howard Goodman and that he is married to Kim Whalen who is playing Becky Barnes. Dylan Saunders, Kendall recognises from A Very Potter Musical, is playing Tom and he has just returned from an acting break. Kendall introduces herself followed by Corey Dorris who is playing Frank Pricely and his first show was called Me And My Dick which Joey apparently starred in. Jaime Lyn Beatty is another person Kendall recognises from both AVPM and Firebringer. She is playing a guy called Sherman Young and she has never played a guy before. Finally, we meet Angela Girrantana who had to step in for her best friend, Mariah since she is too busy.

"OK. Now everyone knows each other, we can do a run through? OK so we start with a song. Jeff..." Jeff presses something on his phone and the opening song blasts out the speakers on the wall.
