"someone! anyone! please help me!" i screamed, almost out of breath.

all that was heard was echos from my desperate cries for help, but of course no one heard.

running and panting in a empty, dark alley for what seemed like ages, running away from the man who caused me so much pain and misery, along with despair and loneliness.

at some point, i could see light. it was faint at first until i started getting closer to the end, when i saw a silhouette of a human figure in the way. but before i could process the person in front of me, i ran into them, falling to the ground.

"oh i'm sorry!" a voice said as i sat up from the fall.

i took a quick look at the person; it was a boy. he looked young and his hair is very green, as well as with his costume with lots of freckles along his face cheeks.

"you really took a tumble there."

he reached his hand out to help me up, but i gasped in fear and threw my hands up to my face to defend myself. he stopped, giving me a confused look.

"a-are you ok? c-can i.. help you up?"

he grabbed my sides when i realized i was shaking.

"you should be more careful," a voice spoke behind us.

i flinched as the two boys looked up at him walking towards us. i slowly turned my head around and saw him.

chisaki. the man i could never escape from.

"we don't wanna cause trouble for the heroes. let's go home, takai."

i started trembling more as he glared at me through his mask.

"i hope you can forgive my daughter here, heroes. i don't know what to do with her, always playing rough and bumping into things," he told them while rubbing the back of his neck and smiling.

i dug my head back into the green boy's chest and gripped his costume.

"whoops-a-daisy! looks like that darn mask came off again! you might wanna think about getting it re-sized, my friend! i'm so sorry about that! it was our fault too!" the other boy with blonde hair told them.

that boy seemed more cheerful and...more positive in a way? he seems really nice but if only they could save me..

"hey, i know that mask. you must be from the Hassaikai, right? you guys sure are pretty famous around here," the blonde continued to say.

"yeah please don't mind the mask. it keeps out the filth," said chisaki.

i kept a grip on the green boy's costume, but not a super tight grip since there was still a chance.

the next thing i didn't want to hear was the blonde one trying to get the green boy to leave, but as he was about to get up, i quickly tugged his costume tightly.
