KRESTON IS nervous and can't stay still. If only Sierra didn't act weirdly this morning he would be at peace and confident.

But waking up without her beside him and finding her in her old room made him feel not so comfortable and confident.

Fuck! I should have done this earlier.

"Kuya, calm down. Don't you have faith after Sierra proposed to you?" Rosh spoke.

Tumigil siya at marahas na nagbuga ng hangin. Hinawakan niya rin ang engagement ring na suot niya.

Feeling the precious piece on his finger makes him really proud, happy and loved. But it doesn't make him at ease now. Nervousness is really eating him. Now, I understand how Kronack feels when he proposed to Kalisz.

"I have faith it's just she's acting weird this morning and I'm worried it would affect her answer," he replied.

"Baka naman buntis," Grant butted in, smirking.

Umiling si Kreston. "No, we checked it three days ago. And it was negative."

Pyrmont tsked. "I doubt Sierra would refuse. But if she does..." His brother's lips twitched into a grin. "Better luck next time, kuya."

Nagtawanan ang mga kapatid niya. Samantalang tinignan niya ng masama si Pyr.

"Don't try me now Pyr." Banta niya sa kapatid.

Nagtawanan ang mga kaibigan niya at mga kapatid. Siya naman ay pilit na tinatanggal ang kaba sa dibdib.

Nang lumapit si Raidon ay agad niya itong tinanong.

"Are they on their way?"

"Yes. Flame texted me." Sagot sa kanya ni Raidon bago ito nakipag-usap kay Rosh.

Napatingin siya sa nakabukas na pintuan ng Crown's manor. Anytime now Sierra could walk in and he can't wait. He just wants this to be done to remove the nervousness that's wreaking havoc inside his heart. But of course, it should end with a positive response from her.

Nang marinig nilang may huminto na sasakyan ay agad silang nakatinginan na magkakapatid. Then his brothers moved to where they should be leaving him alone in the middle of the foyer.

Kreston glance at his mom who gave him a thumbs up and dad a nod. While tatay Arturo gave him a warm smile.

"Bakit dito tayo? Sabi ko sayo gusto ko lumabas ng isla Flame! Ang bitch mo talaga. Walang isaw dito!"

Oh, goodness...looks like my woman is annoyed.

Kreston heard Raidon suppress his snicker but fails. "Sorry kuya, with how annoyed milady sounds, looks like you're proposal is critical."

"Don't talk shit Raidon." Hindi niya mapigilan na samaan ito ng tingin.

His brother just shook his head and tapped his shoulder.

And Sierra continued with her words. They could hear her groan in annoyance.

"Mauna ka ng pumasok bitch may tatawagan lang ako."

Narinig nilang saad ni Flame. Samantalang rinig nila ang pagpasok ni Sierra at inis na pagsasalita nito.

"Gah! Nakakainis! Makita ko lang si sungit sipain ko siya! Ang sabi susunduin ako Pra tanghalian tapos wala. Paasa ang isang—"

Natigilan ito ng makapasok ng manor kung saan siya naghihintay, kasama ang pamilya niya at kapatid pati narin mga kaibigan.

Kahit kinakabahan si Kreston ay hindi niya mapigilan ang mapangiti. Sierra looked so adorable as she looked at the people who were there with him.
