Are you mental or something?
Swiftly walking down the hallway, I heard my grandma and someone else in a heated argument. Pressing my ear gingerly upon the door I heard scream and began wondering what the disagreement was over this time.
Grandma Hilda
“Oh no, no, no I cannot and will not let you tell her that. It's not her fate, and not her life you know that.’’
“But Hilda you know that she was born to protect a human, come on." He said in a strained voice.
''He responded me tartly, "she was born on the night of the star."
“She is half human you know that." He said, almost as if he could change my mind.
“What are you saying? That Gabriela is not human, I will not tolerate what you are saying." I shot back quickly.
Gabriela
“Oh please mister, I am human! Now tell me why you are saying this. I demand to know.” I shot at the tower men in front of me.
“Well hello miss Gabriela, or should I say La signora Gabriela knight delle tenebre (Ms. Gabriela knight of darkness)." Said the first.
"Now signora (lady) you know that listening to elders conversations is wrong. You are much too pretty to possess all of our knowledge." The second added with an unpleasant smile forming on his lips.
In haste I squirmed passed them both and ran to the bathroom. Black dots clouded my vision as I took deep breathes.
