Quirk - Blind-Deaf-Mute
Quirk Description - User has cursed hands that can make anyone go blind, deaf, and/or mute.
Drawbacks - User can have the same effects on them if used to much.
Strengths - UH IDK LMFAO
Weaknesses - If users hands are blocked then it doesn't work.
Ultimate Moves - Maybe when they have full control over their quirk it can be emitted from body and not just from touch.
