Natalia nodded "Yeah, I'll have a Long Island Iced Tea." Valerio nodded "Coming right up." He walked over to the bar and Rebeca scoffed "What the hell was that?"

Natalia put her hands through her hair and sighed "I don't know what happened. I'm usually not this nervous." Nadia frowned "I'm confused, what's going on?"

Natalia looked over to Valerio and then back at Nadia "He told me he still loves me the other night and I've been avoiding him ever since."

Nadia nodded in understanding "So, are you gonna talk to him?" Natalia shrugged "Probably when I'm drunk. A drunk mind speaks a sober heart, right?"

Valerio then came back with Natalia's drink and passed it to her. She smiled at him "Thanks." Valerio moved closer to her and whispered in her ear "Can we maybe talk somewhere?"

Natalia took a sip of her drink "Yeah, of course." Valerio nodded and gestures for Natalia to follow him. The two walked over to the bathroom.

Valerio was the second person to walk in and made sure the door was closed before he spoke. Natalia leaned back on the counter and frowned "What is it that you want to talk about?"

Valerio laughed "Are you really asking me that question? I think we both know what I wanna talk about."

Natalia looked down "Listen, I just came here for a good time, not to be emotional, okay? So, if you're gonna start pouring your heart out to me, this isn't the best place or time for that."

Valerio scratched his head "I just wanted to you how you feel about what I told you the other day."

Natalia tilted her head in thought and looked at Valerio "I don't know what I feel about it. I'm not gonna tell you that I feel nothing for you because I'd be lying but...I can't act on it. Not now."

Valerio frowned "Why not?" Natalia played with her ring but kept her focus on Valerio.

"Last time you were here, you made all of these promises and I was stupid enough to think that you would keep them. I don't trust you anymore, Valerio. I gave you a chance and you blew it."

Valerio shook his head "I've changed since then."

Natalia smirked "You know, you told me that I was the only girl that you loved but we both know that's not true."

Valerio looked down and Natalia continued "And then I find out that you and you're sister are kissing each other when I'm not with you. How do you think that made me feel, huh? And don't even make me think that you haven't tried getting with her since you've been here."

Valerio sighed "I have. I'm not gonna lie to you but I have. I'm craving some love right now and if I can't have yours then I might as well try to have hers. I know that you hate for doing it but if you make me yours I won't ever do it again."

Natalia rolled her eyes and laughed "Sorry, I'm not that easy. I don't think it'll work out anyway. Which is why we didn't tell our parents, right?"

Natalia began to walk out of the room but Valerio grabbed her hand "Please, give me a chance. You won't regret it."

Natalia yanked her hand out of his grip "Not this time." She walked out of the room.

She stumbled over to Rebeca and Nadia who were both dancing and she sat down at their table.

Rebeca noticed Natalia's sad expression and danced over to her "What's wrong, princesa?"

Natalia picked up her drink from the table and took a big sip. She placed it down and stood up "Let's dance."

***

Natalia danced for a while and her feet began to ache. She looked at the empty glass that was in her hand and sighed.

She drunkenly stumbled over to the bar and sat down.

The waiter looked at her and smiled "Can I help you, sweetheart?"

Natalia smirked and placed her empty glass on the counter "Can I have a refill, please?"

The waiter winked at her "Coming right up." Natalia sat up and waited patiently.

She then felt someone standing behind her "What the hell are you doing here?"

Her eyes widened and she turned around "Joaquin?"

He laughed "Nice to see you too. I didn't know you came here."

Natalia shrugged "Well, clearly you don't know me very well." Joaquin nodded "Clearly."

He looked around "So, you with anyone?" Natalia pointed towards her friends "Yeah over there. What about you?"

Joaquin shook his head "Not anymore. They left a while ago. I thought I'd stay here for a while until I go home."

The waiter placed Natalia's drink down in front of her.

She smiled at the man "Thanks, handsome." He blushed and went to another customer.

She turned back to Joaquin who eyed the waiter "Well, have fun on your own."

Joaquin looked back at Natalia as she strutted away "Oh, I will." Natalia danced over to the dance floor but then found that the two females were gone.

She looked around and threw her head back in annoyance.

"They left." Valerio whispered in Natalia's ear. Natalia sighed "Really."

He nodded and danced around her with his sparklers. Natalia tried to hide her smiled but failed miserably.

For the rest of the night, Natalia and Valerio danced together.

Natalia hated to admit that she was actually having a good time with the curly haired boy.
