Today I tried the raven method (counting 1-100, saying affirmations between each number).
I also combined it with a different method, the rope method (visualizing climbing the rope to DR).

I got distracted super easily with the raven method. I think that's because I tried saying affirmations between EACH number but now I know that you're only supposed to do it every 10 numbers.

I felt spasms and tingles around 40-50.
I subconsciously tensed/turned my neck upwards while doing the rope method.

(After about 25 mins) I felt super close when my sister came in my room and woke me up. After that I went on my phone and then to bed. I was super disappointed because I was feeling symptoms, but you just have to remember that there's always tomorrow.

I think I'll be ditching the climbing method, i just overall didn't like it.
I'll probably use the raven method again, but this time saying affirmations between every 10 numbers.

Even though I didn't shift, I feel like I made good progress. You are not likely to shift in you're first attempt, but don't give up!!!
