"First practice flicking bottle caps with your own hand, it will take a while but you will understand how to shoot projectiles with your Stand."Y/N instructed.

"This better not take long, I still have to cook dinner you know." Shido said.

"Don't worry about it, I got the help from an...old family friend." Y/N said.

At the Itsuka Residence

"Um, who are you and why is Shido not here?" Tohka asked the man she answered the door to.

"Hello, I'm part of the Speedwagon foundation and we came here on behalf of Y/N." The SWF member explained.

"On behalf of Y/N, what does mean?" Tohka asked.

"It means that we have been asked by Y/N to come here to do a job." The SWF member explained.

"I see, then why can't I find Shido?" Tohka asked.

"Shido is currently training with Y/N about a 40 miles away from here and wouldn't be back for a long time." The SWF member explained.

"Aw, then who's going to cook dinner?" Tohka asked, slightly disappointed.

"That's why we brought our best chef, here's Tonio, a chef who has practiced his craft for many years." The SWF member announced.

Back with Y/N and Shido

"Come on...finally!" Shido exclaimed in victory.

"Took you at least 230 tries." Y/N said. "But not bad, now we can start the true test, here."

Y/N gave Shido 10 or so tiny steel balls in the palm of his hand.

"Now shoot the cans with your stand, it shouldn't be too difficult." Y/N said.

"Understood but, why are we doing this again?" Shido asked.

"Told you, it's training for rat hunting." Y/N explained.

"But what does this have to do with that, are the rats stand users too?" Shido asked.

"Yes they are, they live around here and are the cause of many disappearances of people in this are including the owners." Y/N explained.

"Seriously, they're stand users and dangerous, no wonder you're having me practice this." Shido said. "So have you encountered them before?"

"I have killed one but I was seriously injured by the thing's stand, it was a ranged stand so I threw knives at it before it could kill me." Y/N said. "Now let's not slack off, take your first shot!"

"Yes sir!" Shido exclaimed.

Shido fired his steel ball at the can and horribly missed.

We're going to be here all afternoon. Y/N thought.
