"What are you doing? "
He mumbled.

Tiredness in his voice could be spotted from miles away.

And this. This is the only reason I am not saying any to him.
Atleast one person is considerate about other one's feelings.

"Nothing. You want to eat something? "

"No. I had food from the cafeteria. "

"Okay. "
I prepared his favourite tonight. Guess it'll all go in my stomach tomorrow.

"You are okay right? Why do I sense something off? "
His voice came out muffled as he drop small kisses on my neck.

"I am missing you okay. It's been weeks since we had a conversation. And I just miss spending time with you. I'm sorry, it sounds stupid and selfish. You've other commitments too but I want you all for myself. "

Without waiting for his reply, I pushed him away slightly and made my way to the bed, covering myself completely with the thick blanket, lest he saw me crying and shaking.

Ten minutes later, the bed dipped beside me and soon I pulled to a hard chest.

He nuzzled and whispered,
"I'm sorry if you thought I was ignoring you. Believe me, I do wish to spend every moment with you. "

"Mhmm. "

"Work has been hectic. New deals and partnerships are coming and we all are so busy. Everybody is working for extra hours. And-"

And it won't look nice if the boss himself left to spend time with his clingy wife.

" I understand. "
I sniffed.
It was getting cold.

No words were exchanged for next few minutes until he broke the silence.

"While coming back home, I got something for you. "

And that caught my attention.

I quickly turned around and saw his amused eyes.

"What is it? "
I excitedly asked.
