The day we met again turned into a remorseful memory

Hi. I'm Dettie and I have a boyfriend named Nathan. We have this sort of relationship that we're both apart from one another.

I've been in a relationship with him for a very long time. Matagal na noh?  Well, that's how I value both our relationship. Even tho,we fight over things yet in the end of the day we're as yet equivalent. The same couple who keeps adoring and believing each other regardless of how far we are.

Today, I'm at last going to meet him again after all those years. I'm so eager to see and embrace him tight in my arms!

I'm currently waiting in our exceptional spot where we first met. It was a nursery brimming with blossoms. Flowers of different colours that will amaze your eyes and will invite you to sit and stay for a while The sight was so beautiful and the air was so fresh. You can smell the scent of fresh flowers that from it's sweet fragrance you can tell that it's the scent of roses.

I checked the time and the time was 5:30 PM. He should have shown up at this point, since his flight was at 1 PM. I sighed and kept taking a gaze at the dazzling sight.

𝟐𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫

As I was taking a deep gaze at the nursery briming with colorful blossoms, someone suddenly tapped my shoulder which made me look and I saw a truly familiar face.

I uttered "Nathan.. is that really you?"

"Yes, it's me Dettie. I'm here now."  "But may kailangan akong sabihin sayo.." He caressed my face and held me tight in his arms.

"Uhm.. what is it.? May problema ba? Ano ang sasabihin mo sakin?" I asked full of curiosity in my tone.

He stopped helding me in his arms and gave both of us space.

He mumbled "I'm sorry.. hopefully you won't be mad.." He looked at my eyes and I can see it's full of sadness.

"Amea come here!" He shouted and continued looking at me.

I was curious who he called and saw a girl l coming to us. She's so beautiful with the yellow sunflower dress.  She has a fantastic body, white skin, red kissable lips and an angelic face. Kulang nalang may halo yung babae para maging anghel.

"I.. uhm.. ano toh Nathan. Sino siya at ba't siya nandito?" I asked looking at the both of them. My heart started breaking down to pieces. I didn't know what was happening at all but all I know something bad is gonna happen. I stared at them and noticed they looked like a perfect couple.

"Dettie.. I'll go straight to the point." He looked at me with no emotions and start speaking again.  "I'm here because I wanna settle things down. From this day, there will be no us anymore and that's because I fell out of love. This is Amea and I've met her in france. I've been with her in a year already."

Tears started rolling down my face as he said those words and I uttered "You're joking right.? Alam ko hindi moto magagawa sakin, Nathan. Sabihin mo joke lang toh." My voice was shaking and starting to break.

"I'm not joking..Dettie. I'm sorry.."

"P*tangina ka Nathan! 8 fuckin years for Pete's sake! Sinayang mo lang! San ako nagkulang Nathan? Anong ka gagohan toh. Ano ba ang ginawa ko sayo?! San ako nagkulang? Ba't ganito ka? Ta*na! How can you be so cruel to me! I sacrificed my time to talk to you every single night because our time doesn't match! I sacrificed my fuckin sleep just to fuckin talk to you. I always suprised you whenever we had our monthsary and anniversary pero ganito lang ang binigay mo sakin? Sinaktan moko and dinurog dahil may iba ka na. Yung kapalit mo pa sakin ay yang babaeng french? Ginawa mo lang akong tanga, Nathan? English ka pa ng english. Tagalog toh noh. Nandito ka sa pinas. English² ka pa para maintindihan ka ng jowa mong galing sa frenchfries. Ano ba ang ginawa kong mali ha?" I was full of rage..anger as I said to fuckin words.

"At ikaw babaeng ka!" I looked at Amea and her eyes were full of terror. "Tangina ka, bat ka din nandito, hindi mo naman maintindihan ang sinasabi ko! I hate you! You may be beautiful and proud of your body but I sense your a f*cking sl*t." I started pulling her hair which made her fall fo the ground and slapped her face a lot of times. "I fuckin hate you! Rot in hell, bruha ka!"

"Tigilan mo yan, Dettie! Walang kasalanan si Amea! Ako lang ang may kasalanan dito, wag mo siya damayin! Dali ni Amea ang baby namin." As he said those words, It completely shattered my heart to pieces.  I looked at him and slapped him hard thrice. "That's for you, you fuckin cheater." As I said that, I kicked his b*lls and it made him fell to the ground.

I smiled and looked at them full of bitterly in my eyes. I uttered "Two losers on a ground. A cheating loser at yung isa ay kabit sa manloloko."

I gazed at the garden for a min and whispered "What a pity..the sight is so beautiful but the scenery that just happened right now makes this garden rot."

I looked at him again and said "This is the day we can finally reunite again but.. sadly, it just turned into a remorseful memory. A memory full of pain and bitterness. And that's beacuse of you.." I slapped him again and I glared at Amea. "Goodbye.. Nathan. May you and Amea have a kind of life where you'll suffer pain."

I walked away and left the both of them laying in the ground.

As I continued walking, I looked at the sky  smiling bitterly as I watched the dark sky full of shiny and shimmering dots above.

"I swear down to my oath that we will never meet again, Nathan."
