You start to recognize the chords he's playing and realize it's one of your favourite songs you walk over to him sitting next to him on the bed humming with him

he gets up moving the chair infront of me as he sits on it making him taller than me, he looks to you in the eyes continuously singing you couldn't help but gaze back into his eyes smiling he wasn't good at the high notes in any song but he always sang this song so perfectly, one of the reasons why it's your go-to song when you're with him

he finished the song but you didn't realize until you snapped back into reality he was staring into your eyes and wasn't sure if you should break the gaze and silence you felt a tingly feeling in your stomach which caused you to feel heat on your cheeks

Tommy's pov -(y'all's first pov with tommy ah!)
i feel my heart racing not knowing if i should do something or say anything at all... i-is she blushing? should i ask if she is? is that rude? it feels like we've been in this position for five minutes but realistically about 20 seconds i start to feel my stomach whirl up to the point i feel like ima throw up is this normal?! what the fuck do i do? you snap out of her eyes once you hear your mom yell out from down stairs

"TOM YOU HOME"

"YES MUM Y/N'S HERE" you break the gaze standing up laying the the ukulele beside her giving her a slight smile if mom hadn't came home i swear we would've been there like that for 20 minutes
you walk down feeling the presence of y/n walking down with you, you see mom with a couple bags of food for dinner

"Oh hi Y/n! it's been awhile!"  i couldn't help but think about what happened in the room what the hell was that you look over to your mom and y/n giving a slight hug as y/n helps you with the bags

"So what y'all been up to" you look over behind you seeing y/n looking at me

"um nothing i guess" did my voice shake?

"Heard singing when i was getting the bags...."
i felt myself getting red and my stomach whirling up again i couldn't focus on what my mom was saying, why the hell is this happening   feel like ima puke all over the damn place snapping back into reality hearing y/n's voice fade in...

"Yea tommy brought out the ukulele and got lost messing with the chords" she chuckles she gets a text and you glance at her screen only able to see "Mom!" visible

"Oh sorry i've got to go my mom has dinner ready, it was nice talking to you again" she gives mom a hug and waves you goodbye you felt a sudden relief of only having to wave goodbye as if you could handle a hug right now the second the front door closes you run up to the room..
