The worlds birth rate is at an all time low and the government has found a way to stabilize it again. Each person has a countdown timer on their wrist and the timer will only go off whenever you meet one of your two perfect matches. Only you and your partner can hear the timer go off. The countdown will start over and ring after six months, if in six months you have not found happiness in your selected partner the countdown will start over again until you find your other partner.
These partners are selected through a long process of finding someone with a compatible personality and desired physical attributes.
