"hey jake, do you know what class this is?" i turn to ask him

"i think they're across the hall from our classroom. they might be a level lower than us"

"we're the second highest class right?"

"yup"

ayeee we smart smart

"alright everyone get settled down. if there's not enough seats to ask the teacher next door for some." miss lu said. poor her. teaching two full classes at once. yiKes.

after everyone finally got settled down, i look at my phone and we still have an hour left of class.

hooray

"okay we're just going to be working on this booklet your teacher left for you. let's see" she says as she scans the room for a victim to hand out the sheets.

"sunhee! can you please hand out these sheets to everyone"

i dreadfully walk up to her and grab the 50 booklets she gives me.

"oh this might be a problem. jake can you come up and help her please"

i heavily placed them back onto the table and took a little less of the top half with me to hand out while jake too the slightly larger other half.

these booklets are so heavily, how much work did they gives us

i only had two left and the table sunghoon was sitting at was next. i give one to heeseung, who's sitting next to him and one to sunghoon. there was a girl sitting on the other side of him. she took the booklet i had just given to him.

"awww thanks sunghoon" she said sickeningly sweet to him. he looked at her confused, she was probably from the other class we had to join with but i was not in the mood for an eyelash batter today.

i grab the booklet out of her hand and place it back on sunghoon's table.

"that's his"
i say in a strong tone. i only talk like this when i'm really not in a good mood. jake must have heard me because i saw him in the corner of my eye stop and look at me in a concerning way.

"but he gave it to me!" she tries defending

"bitch what, i was the one who put it on his table. he didn't even have time to touch it until you went and snatched it"

she muttered something under her breath that i couldn't properly hear, but this girl still had the audacity to take sunghoon's paper again.

i was angry now

i yanked the paper back, being careful not to
crease it, and went off at her

"are you being serious right now!?" i said almost yelling. she just glares at me saying nothing.

"jake" i say in a calm tone

he rushes over, having already see that all unfold he's wary of me to make sure i don't snap her neck.

i look over at jake and nod down at the girl in front of me. he understands and quickly hands her a booklet of her own.
