The date is January 10th, 20xx
2 weeks before, a news report was made world wide that monsters had been released from Mt.Ebott, and due to this, there would be a world wide vote if they should be sent back into the underground, or let them be free and roam the earth.
Of course at first you were neutral about the whole idea, but your family, especially your Grandmother wanted the monsters to go back, claiming how dangerous they are.
On the other hand your Closes friend since middle school has made friends with one of these monsters and claims that there is nothing wrong and they just want to live on the surface and be treated as equally as the other humans.
Of course in the past there was always a problem with racism, if the others, including your family could see that your all living, your all breathing, we should all be treated equally, no matter where were from, our nethsisity, our religion, our background or what language we speak, we all live on this earth and as such we have to understand and listen to one another....if not.......it will be our downfall.
To make them see that we need to give the monsters a chance.
