Voice / Android!Wheatley x Reader Part 2

Start from the beginning

"Umm.. What's your name?" You ask, gripping the portal gun.

"Wh-Wheatley." He responded, pushing his glasses up.

"My name is (Y/N)." He paused for a moment then smiled. The blush on his face only growing.

"(Y/N).. It suits you." He said. You smiled and giggled slightly.

"W-Well then, pop a portal on the wall behind me, and we'll get going." He said, gesturing to the wall behind him. You did as he said, opening a blue portal behind him, and walking through the orange one to get to the other side.

(Why did the reader cross to the other room? To get to the adorable personality core called Wheatley <3)

He turns to you and his face changes to have a worried and scared expression.

"Okay.. let me.. lay something on you here. It's pretty heavy.." You start to worry at what Wheatley was going to say. "They told me, to never, ever, ever, ever, disengage myself- from my management rail. Or I would DIE." WHAT? Die?! "But.. we're out of options here, so.. get ready to catch me! On the off chance that I'm not dead the moment I pop off this thing." Wheatley's face started to go pale. Was he really willing to possibly die to save both your lives?

"Ready?" No, you weren't ready to have Wheatley possibly die.

"1.... 2..." You held out your arms, ready to catch him.

"3! That's really high! That's to high, really isn't it that..." He panicked, sliding back on his management rail.

"Don't worry, I'll catch you." You reassure him in the most calming voice you could make.

"Okay, you know what? Going on three just gives you too much time to think about it. So, let's go on one this time. Ready?" No.

"1! Catch me, catch me, catch me!" Wheatley popped off this management rail, and fell onto you.

"Ow." He said. You propped himself up, only to realize he wasn't dead. "I'm not dead! I'm not dead!" He smiled then realized he was directly on top of you. Your faces inches from each other. He paused and blushed a very deep blue. Your face on the other hand was completely red. "Sorry.." He whispered, even though you were inches from him, you could barely hear him.

He gets off of you then helps you up. Suddenly a control like panel opens from the wall. It looks like it has a port that's supposed to connect to something. "U-Um.. hold on!" Wheatley jogs over to the control panel thing and the blue circle on his jumpsuit's torso opens up to reveal many, MANY wires. He pulls on out and connects it to the port on the control panel. "Uh.. I can do it while y-your watching.." He turns to you, and blushed. Feeling embarrassed. "If you could just.. turn around?" He motions you to turn and you do. Then, when your back is turned, you hear a loud clicking sound. Then Wheatley proudly asked for you to turn again. You do and see a opening in the wall, and Wheatley disconnecting from the panel.

"Bam! Secret pathway!" He motions towards the gap in the wall. He must have been able to open it while he was connected to the port.

"Good job Wheatley!" You said, clapping your hands and walking towards the gap.

"Oh, it... it was nothing. Nothing at all." He said, the blush on his cheeks deepening.

"Now, let's go!" You said, grabbing his hand and leading him to the pathway outside the chamber. Then you looked down and saw the height you were at.

You hated heights.
They scared you more than anything.

It was a huge problem during testing..GLaDOS would have to push you towards the edge of something or even push you off a platform. GLaDOS hated that, and it made you feel better when you realized you being scared of heights annoyed the heck out of GLaDOS.

You froze, gripping Wheatley's hands. There were rails, but rails can easily break.

"Luv?" He asked, walking to your side and examining your face. Your eyes were wide, your legs were shaking like crazy, you couldn't stop staring to the ground. Well, you were so high up you couldn't see the ground, so you stared at the huge space were the ground would be.

"H-H-Heights. I ha-hate hei-heights." You felt like you couldn't speak, you were froze in fear and shock. You shuffled back slightly to move away from the edge. Your back pressed against the rail behind you. Still holding Wheatley's hand, you looked at him. He could see you were terrified by the look in your eyes.

"Luv, it's alright. There are rails!" He pointed to the rails with his free hand, trying to comfort you. Then he rested his hand on the rail in front of you. Then, in a hilarious but unnerving occurrence, some of the rail Wheatley was resting his hand on broke. And fell down into the long pit that was Aperture Science. You never heard it hit the floor. Wheatley stepped back from the edge of the pathway, looking sacred himself.

"Rails can break." You timidly said, trying to move back more.

"Luv, I promise you won't fall." Wheatley said, using his free hand to stroke your arm. He looked as you and smiled, not a happy doofus smile. A sincere smile, one that made you sincerely smile.

"Thanks, Wheatley." You said, feeling brave enough to step away from the edge of the rail. But before you did, Wheatley spoke.

"I love it when you say my name." He said randomly. You blushed and he seemed like he didn't realized he said that out loud. His eyes widened and a deep blue hue rushed across his face as he made a realization. "I said that out loud didn't I?" He said in a worried tone. You nodded, not sure what to say. There was a silence before you found something to say.

"I like your accent, it's soothing." You said. Why did you say that? 'Now he's gonna think I'm a weirdo. Good going (Y/N)'

"Thanks, I- uh....." He paused before he placed his lips on yours. Before you could respond he pulled away.

"I'm sorry- I just.. I thought-" He stuttered and tried to apologize but you cut him off with another kiss. He wrapped his free arm around you waist. And you placed you hand on his cheek. As you both pulled away, Wheatley spoke. "I've been wanting to do that since I meet you." He said. You giggled. "Your laugh is adorable." He said, kissing your forehead.

"Y'know, your very handsome~" You said. Pushing his glasses up for him.

"Why thank you~" Wheatley smirked. But unfortunately all good things must come to a end. The ground shook slightly. Then the automated voice returned.

"Reactor core meltdown in 2 hours." Is said in the monotone voice it always speaks in. You and Wheatley look up at the celling, like the voice is coming from there.

"Maybe we should get a move on, Wheatley." You suggested. Wheatley nods.

"I like it when you say my name. Your voice is so pretty." He said as you start to walk down the path with him at you side.

"Well, thank you Wheatley." You said, holding his hand the entire way down the path.
