Opposites Attract~ Amajiki Tamaki

Crying in the Closet

Also in case you didn't know Amajiki is Tamaki's first name and y'all are on a first name basis.
Tamaki's POV:

Y/n L/n is not my type. Is she? We're total opposites, her being loud and outgoing and me just being..me- Yet something about her is so alluring. Maybe it's the lingering effect of her quirk (your quirk is charmspeak and you can basically hypnotize people into doing what you want.) Im surprised her and I are friends anyways. It's a mystery how I caught her attention in the first place.
( A/n kinda No babe it's not a mystery you're just a really loveable character)

Y/n's POV:
On the first day of school I got seated behind Tamaki, and after about 5 minutes of staring at the back of his head I decided it was the most beautiful hair I've ever seen in my life. So I decided to talk to him. Ever since then we've been pretty close friends along with Mirio and Hado. But you always felt your best around Amajiki.

Time skip to lunch bc class is boring

"Finally it's Friday!" You exclaim to Amajiki. He briefly nods. You two were waiting for your other friends who were nowhere to be found. You noticed he was quieter than usual today, which wasn't really weird but something was off. "Hey Amajiki are you alright?"
"Yeah I'm fine y/n"
"No you're not, you can tell me if somethings wrong you know."
He turns his (very beautiful) eyes toward me.
"Since when do you care can you just leave me alone!!"
He wasn't really yelling but that's the loudest you've heard him speak all year. Amajiki storms off and I race after him, not caring that my stuff is still on the table, and make brief eye contact with Hado and Mirio on your way out.  I thought he might be under the tree where you would always meet him and your other friends but I guess Amajiki wanted someplace with more privacy. After wandering around the school for quite some time I find him in a stuffy janitors closet.
"Amajiki" I whispered while tapping on the door. There was no response, only a light sobbing sound. If anyone was going to find out what was bothering my friend it was me. So I decide it's best if I use my quirk on him. "Amajiki I know you're in there, you're gonna have to let me in~ You can't sit there forever~"
The door slowly creaks open to reveal a sobbing Tamaki.

Tamaki's POV:
Y/n's voice was soothing, hypnotic almost, I knew she was using her quirk which made it even more hard to resist her. Before I knew it I let her in the closet with me.

Y/n's POV:
Amajiki I don't want to keep using my quirk on me so could you please tell me what's wrong? I hear my friend sigh in defeat. I wanted to hurry this up because being trapped in a small closet with your crush is the best and worst feeling in the whole world. 
"I just received new that-" his lip quivered.
"That what?"
"That my mother passed away morning" Tamaki broke down I'm sobs again.
I stood there in shock not knowing what to say. Being a pretty extroverted person, consoling people was not my strong suit. Before I could think I pulled Amajiki into a tight hug resting my head on his shoulder. I could tell he was shocked at first but honestly it's the least I can do for him. Plus he smelled like mint so that was a bonus. 😏✌️

Tamaki's POV:
Y/n's hug was- unpredictable to say the least but it was also comforting. I liked the way she felt against me. Her embrace was warm and cozy. I liked it, it almost made me forget about my sadness for a brief moment. Then I remembered and started crying all over again.

Before y'all go in the comments and are like "OMGG he cries too much" remember he just lost his mom.

Y/n's POV:
I could feel Amajiki's tears on my back so I knew he was obviously crying again. I rubbed his back slightly and said "It's gonna be okay, you're gonna get through this. I'll be here for you if you need it."

Nobody's POV:
They stayed there for a few more minutes
I know very long hug
Before Amajiki wiped his eyes and says "We should probably get back to class."

Y/n's POV:
I knew we had to get to class but I didn't want to I just wanted to stay with Amajiki forever. I let go though and was surprised when he took his hands in mine looked me straight in the eyes and said "Thank you. For everything" The he planted a soft kiss on my cheek. It was the most amazing feeling in the world. I wanted to hold onto that moment forever. But all good things have to come to an end and when we both realized what happened he just stood there blushing madly. For once in my life I was at a loss of words.

Tamaki's POV:
Before I had a chance to second guess myself I leaned in and kissed y/n on the cheek. I was so grateful to have her as a friend to get me through times like this. I really don't deserve her, she's probably the sweetest person I know. Not to mention, she's really cute when she blushes. "I hope I can do that again sometime y/n." I was really feeling bold today. Y/n just stared at me, it was adorable.

Y/n's POV:
Again??? He wanted to kiss me again??? Was I hearing this correctly 😃. I didn't know what to say, I didn't know what to think for that matter. But I didn't have to because Amajiki grabbed my wrist and pulled me back to class.

Time skip to back in class

We come back to class to see partnered for a group project posted on the board. As I'm scanning the list for my partner I see who I'm paired up with and turn white with shock.

A/n OMG THIS IS NOT DESCRIPTIVE AT ALL HAHXHAHXGAH I have a tiny bit of drama planned for the next chapters and MAYBE a wee bit of spice 😃 I had a whole plot planned out but now I'm not sure so I'm so sorry if this is trash 😗✌️
