It had been 3 months since You and Michael had started dating, and everything was going better than you could have asked for. You went on fun dates and made the night shift more enjoyable for one another. Telling jokes, giving hugs and much needed kisses which were filled with affection. One night made itself a special place in the front of your mind.
You and Michael had the night off, other guards taking over the shift. You were laying in bed, about to text your friend group when you got a phone call from your loving boyfriend Michael. You smile at the sight of his name on your screen and press the green button, answering the call and putting the phone to your ear.
"Hello?"
"Hey Cupcake, how's it going?"
"Good, I miss you though."
"Lucky for you then."
"What?"
"I'm outside love, open the door for me will ya?"
You hang up the phone and run downstairs to the door, unlocking and opening it. You smile when you see Michael standing there, snacks in hand. He smiled.
"Surprise."
You kissed his cheek and smiled.
"Come inside and drop my snacks on the coffee table."
"Hey, I bought them!"
"You brought them to my house. So now they're mine."
He sighed.
"Be happy I love you or I would have left by now."
You laughed and he walked to the living room as you shut the door. After he set the snacks down, you got bowls, emptying the chip and candy bags into each one. You sat next to him and grabbed a bowl of gummies, munching on them. He grabbed some chips and began eating them, watching you eat your candy in delight. He thought you were absolutely adorable. He never wanted to let you go. He never wanted to lose you. Especially not to someone else.
You noticed he was staring and you poked his cheek.
"Mikeyyyyy-"
"Wait what?"
You laughed and he looked at you confused. You came closer to him and hugged him, smiling as you tried to calm your laughter. It was a comfortable moment.
Even though it was something so small, it was something you wouldn't forget.
As time passed, you experienced more amazing moments. Though with highs come lows. There's nothing you both could do except comfort each other during those times. Michael wasn't always great, it depended on the topic, but all you cared about was that he was trying his best to help you where he was able to.
You sat there, thinking about that night, it replaying in your head as you got ready for work. Michael was picking you up tonight. There was no reason for it, he just really wanted to and you couldn't turn him down. You waited outside for him to show up.
After what seemed like forever, he finally showed up. You got into the car and put on your seatbelt.
"What took you so long to get here? Its almost 12 and we're still a while away from the-"
As soon as you looked over to see him, he leaned towards you and your lips locked. You blushed from how unexpected it was, and closed your eyes, enjoying the kiss. Your stomach still filled with butterflies when he kissed you, the length of time and amount of kissed you received didn't change the effect his affection had on you what so ever. At one point he pulled away from you and your eyes opened.
"What was that for?"
"I dunno, just felt like it."
He smiled and put the car into reverse, backing out of your driveway and making his way to the pizzeria. Once you arrived you both got out of the vehicle and entered your place of work. You sighed goodbye to the dayshift workers.
You went to the back office, sitting in the chair for cams. Michael went to do his rounds while you watched the cams. When he came back, you switched and he watched the cams while you did maintenance on Freddy.
When the shift finally ended, you and Michael headed home. He dropped you off and you got out of the car after a goodnight kiss, entering your home. You went to bed, being exhausted from your shift that couldnt have ended sooner. You closed your eyes, drifting off into a deep sleep.
