Into The Nightmare

The eight boys sat around the middle of the abandoned building, an eerie silence that would send chills up anyone's spine waved around the room. A long groan and thud rang out as an echo, startling the other seven some even letting out a scream. "Han!! what was that for" the freckled Australian boy pouted out, "Well Felix I did not intend to fall but I will say we need to stop sitting around like sacks of potatoes!" Han exclaimed as he dusted himself off. As Han glared at the taller male it looked as if Felix was going to slap him but before the boy could even take a step a "ahem" broke their glaring silence. "Hey, you two calm down before someone loses an eye! arguing wont get us out of here" the eldest of the group snapped at them in a tone that had them both muttering apologies. Chan then let out a sigh as he pinched the bridge of his nose "its okay but we do need to find a way out of this thing. So I will be taking Felix to explore the area while you six stay here in case something happens got it?" the boys words being met with nods before Felix stood up and the two stalked off to explore the eerie abandoned building. Felix took the bottom floor and Chan opted to take the top floor to search the building faster by splitting up. Felix held himself by wrapping his arms around his body as he was utterly scared to search this place by himself, the Aussie search every corner, every room but all there seemed to be was darkness and an eerie wind that sent chills up the boys spine. Felix soon chose to head up to meet Chan in hopes the senior found something. Chan was not having much luck either, the rooms all bare or filled with loose papers who knows where they came from. As he turned a corner he looked off the ledge as soon as a bang of lightning struck over the building causing him to flinch back. But he then let out a scream as he bumped into something, that something was Felix "FELIX!! Gosh you scared me dude" Chan said as he ruffled the youngers hair. Felix let out a chuckle "sorry did not mean to scare you that much Ch-" but the boys words where cut off as a flash of red spread through the building an alarm sound ringing through their ears. "To find the key to escape the Hellevator you must find what you lack inside yourself" a booming voice yelled out of absolute thin air as soon as the voice vanished the lights and the siren dispersed. "What was that?" both boys shouted out as their ears still rang, after they could focus again they bolted down the hallways needing to get back to the others. The six who stayed back jumped when the two boys came charging back looking all frantic "did you two hear it to?!" Hyunjin asked as he tried to keep his composure. "What do you think genius?" Felix questioned as he bent over hands on his knees as he tried to catch his breath, "Hey now no arguing again" Chan spoke as he stood up straight again. "Now the voice said to find the key we need to find what we lack inside what does that mean?" Chan asked out loud to no one specific. "I do not know but maybe we should start sharing stuff about us and see if we all share something we all seem to lack in our lives" Minho suggested and the others nodded in agreement. As they all finally settled onto the torn couches and cushions on the ground they all got into sharing about their families, school lives and stupid fails in their lives. The once silent building was now no longer scary and cold but was now filled with laughter and cheers as the boys talked and talked for what seemed like an endless time. "You know I at first hated being here and hated you guys but now all I wanna do is talk and hang out and I can honestly say I am happy to of met you all" Changbin said before a ding rang out and he slowly vanished from sight without a second thought. "What the? did he find the key what is this?" Hyunjin stammered. "He mentioned happiness it is happiness guys!" Felix cheered out as he hugged Chan before they all soon vanished like Changbin. The room soon fell to silence again as it awaited for more souls to join the nightmare known as the Hellevator, it awaits for laughter to soon fill its eerie silence once more. But as they left that room the eight boys fell into a new area, miles and miles of a purple flower field is where they all laid trying to come to their senses of what happened. "You now have escaped the Hellevator by finding your happiness you may wait here till your bodies awake and may you find each other in reality like you did here" the booming voice rang out before silence fell again and all that could be heard was cheers and laughter from the group of friends as they celebrated their new found friendship and freedom. As time passed they spent hours running through the field chasing each other and just having a blast with their last moments together before they awoke. Soon ever one of them began to disappear as each one woke up in reality again, all until the final member Chan remained "thank you Hellevator for my new seven brothers" the Aussie said before he too vanished back to his reality. Now the flower field known as penthouse and the room of the Hellevator sat in silence as if none had touched there ground before. With the end of a new friendship the Nightmare Hellevator awaits.
