Light and Hikari are one in the same person. You see she is a goddess born 3 Billion years ago and Light was her original name. She was born to the Queen Aera, not the same Aera that is Moriana's mother, of the Continent of Light. Aera was a goddess as well, but was killed while her daughter was twelve by Micheal's, the arch angel and her brother's, hands. When Light turned 15 she was found by Dante and Sin and took her to an academy to teach her how to fight. However, she couldn't ever deliver the finale blow. You see before Light was born and before Aera became a goddess herself, she casted a powerful spell. A spell only meant for those who were born in the land of Light. A spell that causes an Aeran harm if they kill. So Light couldn't kill and had to have someone else do it.
Its during this time that she and Sin are dating and were secretly married seeing as Thanatos, the god of corruption and evil, would loose his shit if he knew that his Vessel and the daughter of the light goddess were married. However, when it was finally revealed he couldn't be more happier since it meant that he could finally end the war he had been waging, and that he did.
Everyone was happy and at peace, however it didn't last long cause when Light was 21, another war started and this time she was fighting he husband, Sin. It was a long and brutal war, and both sides took heavy losses. Light lost all of her friends and her battalion. She had enough and went ahead to Sin's base alone where he begged his wife to kill him, leaving her no other choice but to do so. Now the spell mention before took it's effect, making Light loose her left eye. However, the war was finally over and people rejoice. That is, everyone but Light. She was broken and slightly insane. She lost everyone she loved, she lost her husband. She and Thanatos made quick work on erecting a memorial for the fallen soldiers on both sides.
This wasn't the end though. Behind the scenes of the world, everything was falling apart because of the war and Aera's death. Someone had to take the last goddess' post, and someone did. Light did. However, she struck a deal before taking the post. Everyone hundred starting from when she first became a goddess, her friends and husband were to be reincarnated. It was reasonable, and the deal was made. On her birthday, January 1st, right on midnight he became a goddess.
The deal was followed through and each of her friends and husband were reincarnated every hundred years. The friends kept their memories every life, Sin on the other hand kept both the memories and the soul, almost acting like a split personality while still being a real person within the body. Now Light kept changing her name through the time span and kept her distance from them, watching their lives while making sure they were safe. She didn't forge a real bond with them, not until she met Vlad. Vlad was the first Sin reincarnation to actually find Light, or Alondra as she called herself in this time. They forged a bond and had a secret marriage, but then Vlad went to war and came back to being called a monster.
Alondra tried to stop him from being killed and failed. In a moment of rage, she killed everyone around the execution site. She didn't loose anything, only gained the scares on her back. She didn't get close to any reincarnation willingly, however a few friends did stay with her as long as they could and the goddess truly loved being with them. However, she didn't fail to notice that she couldn't find any Sin reincarnation since Vlad and founded odd, but made no mention of it.
She founded Britain and made a child she adopted the Queen and watched the empire rise, fall, and changed. She watched USA rise from oppression, she watched everything. Then she met Vlad again when lost Nazi's attacked London. At this time she was going by Aki. Aki was at first shocked, then she told him off for everything, which was quite amusing seeing as she was was fairly shorter than he and yet her she was.
Anyways, when she lost him again and killed the bastard behind everything herself. Afterwards she helped Hellsing until she moved to France. She met a reincarnation of a friend and lived with them until she found him dead. After that, she kept her distance again.
It kept like that until everything fell and a new nation rose and it had no government. Going by Hikari this time, she joined in and helped out. She got close with everyone there, each of them being a reincarnation one of her old friends. This time she met a Sin reincarnation name Wilbur Soot. The went on many dates before Wilbur propose. Of course, Hikari was hesitant but still accepted. No one but Sapnap, Tommy, Tubbo, and Skeppy knew of this and actually helped. The two had a small, secret wedding. They didn't want many people to know. Then Hikari birth a child they named Floris Aera Anderson-Soot.
Both parents became downright worried for their son's future. Hikari still had a lot of enemies, and the SMP wasn't safe for him. So Wilbur and Hikari decided on a plan. Wilbur would create a nation, separate from the SMP where he could raise their son while Hikari took care of her business. It pained the goddess to leave her husband and son but made sure there were many protection charms, this was after the war btw. She then went to Dream and made him promise her that he wouldn't touch L'manberg or have any harm come upon Floris, Fundy, or Wilbur. Then she left.
She came back just after the second wave of destruction hit L'manberg. She stared in shock before letting out the most heart broken shriek. She started to cry after 3 thousand years without doing so. She was pissed, but didn't cause a scene. She made quick work of finding every, but Dream, and taking them to some hot springs she found on her travels. She revealed that she was going to confront Dream about L'manberg, much to everyone's surprise. She knew Techno was apart of it, but her focus was Dream. They also watched Hikari and Phil argue back and forth about something in a lost language, and saw what happened when Hikari said something the shock Phil and made him recoil in shame.
She left after getting the camera to watch everything ready for everyone to watch and confronted Dream. The two got into a heated screaming match before the both lashed out at each other, and at the end of the fight Hikari won. She told Dream why the nation of L'manberg was created and why she made him promise to protect Fundy and Wilbur. Then she left. Fundy and Hikari were reunited and are now waiting for the day they would see the reincarnation of their love one again. Hopefully soon.
