So im sure im not the only one that does some method and then simply gives up and goes to sleep because nothing is happening right ? So this method is literally about doing ANY method and then just forgetting about it and going to sleep with the intention to shift.
So lets say youre gonna do raven method and youre gonna count to 100,maybe say some affirmations and then go to sleep. Which u are suppose to do with raven method but this time u can move and do literally do anything. But i would not reccomend moving at all. Because your body needs to fall asleep to shift, usually. So id not move. Also the feeling u may have when ur shifting, the urge to move, is ur bidy trying to see if youre sleeping. So DONT MOVE. Because youre alsmost there.
But for this method after you do the first part, i can think about anything basically. Maybe your dr. It doesnt matter. You can just forget it. Let your mind do whatever it wants.
U can do ANY method like the first part. It doesnt matter. U can also combine this with pillow method. Or any method. Be creative. U dont need any subliminals or anything for this. But if u want it u can of course.
