New diet!

Hi! I'm gonna be starting my new diet tomorrow! Here's how it's goes

I'm gonna do 16:8 fasting so I won't eat again until 10:40 am :)

-Black coffee with cinnamon (breakfast[sorta])

-maple and brown sugar oatmeal(lunch)

-red apple and green tea with honey and cinnamon (snack)

-and a small portion of whatever my mom makes for dinner (dinner)

I hope it goes well and I may have a few cheat days here and there but only every other week

And here's my workout routine (I have rest days on Mondays)

-stretches(10-30 minutes)

-crunches(50)

-side crunches(each side)(60)

-jumping jacks(5 minutes)

-weird half squat go to the side thingy XD (10)

-fire hydrants(30)

-donkey kicks(20)

-squats(15)

-stretches(15-30 minutes)
