Soulmates. Everyone had them, just not Angel nor Alastor or so it seemed....They lived both their lives waiting to meet that supposed soulmate, but the time never came. Now long past the proper time to meet your soulmate both have given up hope of e...
"I'll have the servants take your things to your room," Mimzy announced walking into the living room. She turned to her three guests. "Anthony you'll be staying with the other men in their room. And I have a nice room for you ladies two."
Angel's face dropped along with his heart, fear crept up his spine. Mimzy noticed the distraught expression, "is something wrong?"
The blonde looked down, hating how his problems were becoming an issue. He didn't want to bring it up or to cause unnecessary trouble for her. Yet didn't wish to stay in the same room as Alastor, not now. Not yet.
"C-can I just sleep down 'ere? On the couch or somethin'..."
"Angel isn't really comfortable sleeping with the other guys." Cherri elaborated gently. Not going into detail about why.
Mimzy examined the blonde's expression, crossing her arms. "Well, normally I wouldn't allow you to sleep in the same room as a young lady. But since your gay, I guess it's okay." She agreed.
Angel resisted an urge to sigh in relief, only smiling. "Thank you, ma'am." He said with a small bow of his head.
Waving her hand Mimzy turned towards the stairs. "I'm afraid you'll have to get settled in later. Right now I need you to come upstairs with me Anthony."
Cherri eyed her curiously, "already Auntie? I thought we had time."
Mimzy frowned, her eyes falling. "We did, but that fool starting to cross the line. And I don't like it. I need Anthony to get out there and make himself known at the very least."
Angel rubbed his neck anxiously as he avoided her gaze. "Well, I don' have a problem with 'dat. But I ain't too good at lookin' pretty eitha."
Smiling the short woman took Angel's hand in hers. "Oh don't worry about that sweetie. I can help you with it." She paused, turning to the other women in the room. "You two can come help if you'd like."
Molly grinned ecstatically. "Really? Yes! I get to dress Toney up!"
"I like your enthusiasm kid." With that, she practically dragged the man up two the second floor. The two women following behind.
"Why must I share a room with you people!" Pentious complained loudly sitting on a chair in the room.
It was a guest room with a total of four beds one for each of the men. The room wasn't all that big likely due to all the beds. Though that was fine.
"I assure you I do not like it anymore than you," Alastor grumbled sorting out his suitcase. Making sure everything was there and no pesky guards had tampered with it.
"I kinda like it." Daniel commented, laying down on his bed. He stared up at the ceiling, Baxter lay across his stomach. "Hangin' out with you guys is kinda fun. So if I have to share a room that's fine too." He frowned, "besides I had to with my uncle.." He muttered. "He snores."
"Did you know snoring is caused by the position you sleep in. See when you are laying flat-"
"If any of you snore I will suffocate you in your sleep." All the men in the room glanced at Alastor, his statement spoken sternly.
"Oh, Alastor your such a jokester!" Pentious laughed, slapping his leg in doing so.
The brunette's eyes narrowed. "That is why you shall be the first one to die at my hand." His comment was ignored, only passed off as a joke judging by how Daniel and Baxter laughed with him.
"Hey so...what's going on with you and Angel?" The redhead abruptly asked, Alastor paused a shirt in his hands. He met those curious green eyes that seemed to suddenly regret the question. Brown eyes glared at him.
"Why, whatever do you mean?" He said cheerfully, turning back to his suitcase. Attempting to find that book of his.
"Well, he seemed nervous on the plane and then walked away from you in the airport." He commented, leaning back on his arms.
Alastor closed his suitcase for a moment, turning his full attention on the redhead. Baxter calmly watching the exchange as if it were a tv show. "And you were watching us because?"
Daniel fumbled for an explantion. "I just noticed that's all.." He countered.
The brunette's eyes narrowed. "You do not still like my Angel, now do you?" His tone was sickeningly sweet. Though his dark gaze did not much that tone.
The redhead abruptly sat up causing Baxter to roll off and onto the floor. "What? No no no. I just thought it was weird, weren't you guys really close? What happened."
Alastor stared, slowly turning his attention back to his suitcase. No real reason to. "Nothing has happened." He said defensively, standing, "and if anything did it is between Angel and me. Not any of you." He turned his back to the other men in the room. "Now if you'll excuse me I am going to find a book to read and go outside."
"Why don't we go to the pool!" Pentious announced loud as he normally did when excited.
Quzically Alastor looked at him at the door. "And why would I do that? The pool is such a revolting place." He shook his head.
"Ah because the girls are going there. Apparently, Angel is going there to meet a date." Pentious continued. "I heard it while I was snoo-I mean...looking, in the halls."
Alastor's lips pressed together, "it is not a date. He is doing a job." He eyed the door and then the crystal under his shirt. "...But perhaps a trip to the pool wouldn't be too bad."
"Yes, I would like to examine the natural rays of the sun and its effects on such a pale and handsome specimen such as Daniel," Baxter muttered.
Laughing nervously, Daniel's cheeks reddened. "Are you going in that?" He asked Alastor, pointing to his usual vest and black slacks.
Alastor looked down at his clothing, "yes? What is wrong with it."
"You are in a new place, my good friend!" Pentious announced grabbing Alastor's shoulders. The brunette quickly ducked out of his hold. Pentious continued on like a proud announcer. Strutting across the room while Alastor avoided him. "You are in desperate need of new attire! Do you honestly expect to walk around here in that the entire time?"
"Yes."
Pentious waved his finger. "Wrong my friend!"
Alastor huffed, crossing his arms. "I do not need new attire."
"I dunno, maybe Angel might think your more handsome in some new clothing." Daniel teased.
"That's absurd," Alastor muttered. "....But, what just in case, what did you persay, have in mind?"
The other men grinned.
