Day 24: Light

And I think back to when my brother and my sister slept

She thought back to her time in Gotham when she was with her brother. Sure they in the streets in the most dangerous place on earth but she felt safe when she was in her brothers arms

In an unknown place the only time I feel safe

Sure she saw Luka, Kagami, Chloe and Clara as her siblings but it was just not enough. She needed her brother her dear brother to shine light onto her situation.

She really missed him. More than anything on earth

You shine it when I'm alone

She eventually confessed her feelings to her family in Paris and they decided it was best the search for him.

And so I tell myself that I'll be strong

Marinette decided to put the kwamis teachings to use and started hacking searching for anything that could lead to her brother. She kept strong as hope burned in her chest

And dreaming when they're gone

She certainly felt like she was dreaming when she found him. He was a Wayne. They took the next flight to Gotham she was going home.

She steps out the plane and smiled she was home. Jagged was overjoyed he too was back in his home town.

Marinette stepped out the gate heading for the Limo after a lot of good lucks and hugs she was off.

She arrived at a huge manor. She took a deep breath calming her nerves. She knocked on the door. It was opened by an elderly man with a familiar aura.

"Hello I'm looking for Jason Todd" she says putting on her bright smile.

"And who are you young Miss" Alfred asks.

"Oh right I currently go as Marinette Stone but originally I was Amaya Todd, Jason's little sister" she said making Alfred's eyes widen for the very first time in his life. (🤣🤣🤣)

You shine it when I'm alone home

Jason almost fainted when he heard that someone was in the living room claiming to be his sister. He practically ran out the room closely followed by the rest of his siblings

Marinette was fumbled with her fingers nervously. She took another deep breath calming her nerves down.

"Pixie" Jason says making Marinette look up.

"Jay-Jay" Marinette says practically latching herself on him he catches her of course.

"How are you still so light" Jason jokes.

"Went through at least two years of depression" she says honestly.
