Morning cuddles

The light shone through the gap in the curtains of the Gryffindor boys dorm room landing straight into my eyes, causing me to wake up slowly, I yawned and sighed taking in the morning light. I went to sit up when I was restricted to movement by Fred's arms wrapped protectively around my waist. I sighed in content at the sight of him in this specific moment. I managed to turn around so I was now facing him. His short red hair was messy and stands were hanging in front of his face, his face was covered in tiny freckles, his lips were in a slight smile as he carried on sleeping. I moved my hand and rested it on his face moving my thumb up and down his jawline. His grip on my waist tightened and the small smile on his lips had now turned into a smirk, I moved my hand again but this time to move the small strands from in front of his face.

"Good morning love" Fred whispered, his eyes were still closed.
"Good morning Freddie" I whispered back to him. Fred shifted his body so he was now lay on his back, I moved over so my head was resting in the crook of his neck and my leg was draped over his body. My free arm was tracing circles on his bare chest. Fred's arms were still wrapped around my body, however, one hand was on my lower back rubbing circles into the spot and the other was placed on my waist. I placed small kisses onto his collarbone. Fred began rubbing his hand up and down my back. We both sighed in content as we rarely had morning like this because the dorm had 2 extra boys in as well, but today George and Lee were not in the dorm, giving me and Fred our much needed quiet time.

I moved my head so I was now looking at Fred, surprised to see him already starting lovingly at me. I smiled at him and moved my hand that was resting on his chest to the back of his neck, playing with the baby hairs there. He smiled back at me and moved the hand that was on my waist to rest it against the side of my face rubbing his thumb down my cheekbone. Then he pulled me in closer and leant his head down, I moved forward slightly so our lips were brushing against each other. Soon he placed his warm lips on my cold ones. He pulled me in closer and deepened the kiss. We stayed like that for a few minutes but it felt like hours. I pulled away opening my eyes slowly. As I opened my eyes he was already looking back at me smiling. I smiled back and blushed slightly.

"I love you Y/N"
"I love you Freddie"
