Y/N POV:

I was a small child, just the age of three when it all happened. My mother had dropped me off at a random persons house and said her goodbyes. She never came back after that day, nor will she come back. I knew she wouldn't come back. She always hated me, hated the fact she had me so early and had no other choice but to have me. Her parents adored me, but she, she never did.

                                                                                        TODOROKI POV

I woke up to the sound of knocking at my door. I sat up and opened the door letting the cool air in. I looked around and saw no one until I heard a faint "hello" and I looked down. "Hello there, I'm Shoto. Where are your parents?" she shrugged and looked away. "M-my momma left me here" I frowned and remembered how (TW ABUSE) abusive my father was. I let in the small child and wrapped her in a blanket. She must be freezing i thought. The wind out there is chilly and awful for a child of her age to be in. "Can you remember why your mother left you here?" The small girl shook her head no with pain in her eyes. I could tell this hurt her. I'm sure it would hurt anyone, to be her age and your parents just leave you behind. I sighed. "Are you hungry or thirsty?" She nodded "y-yes I'm a bit thirsty." I went into my kitchen and grabbed some juice pouring it into a glass and bringing it to her. She gulped it down quickly and when she was finished she panted to catch her breath I chuckled "calm down it's not going anywhere" she giggled a bit. I smiled at that, I didn't know her but I'm sure she hadn't laughed in a while. I picked her up and carried her to a guest bedroom down the hall. "I know I don't know you, but you can stay here for now. We will go to the shops later today and get you some things. But for now I'll go make breakfast." I walked back down the hall and made breakfast for the two of us.

Y/N POV:

I sat on the small bed the man had gave me and I let a tear skim down my face. I can't believe my mother left me, I knew she hated me but I never thought she would leave. I cried more, why did I have to be me? Why did she have to hate me? The man came back and saw me crying. He came to my side and put his hand on mine. "I know your probably in a lot of pain right now, as anyone should be. But your mother wasn't worthy of your greatness. Your gonna be an amazing person one day and no one in this world can stop that."I smiled and hugged him "thank you sir. Thank you."
