"my little brother is so annoying!" the british accent from the curly haired, blonde girl whined out as she flopped onto the bed. "he won't shut up! plus, he's so fucking loud!"

"oh really?" a voice came from her open laptop which was laying on her bed. "what? is he talking about youtubers and streamers again?"

scoffing, amelia sat up and glared over at her best friends face on her laptop screen. "what do you think?" she asked sarcastic before she sighed, leaning back to lean against the headboard. "it's like that's all he knows, and i cant complain to dad about him because he'll just say 'oh amelia, let him express his interests blah blah blah'"

a laugh left her best friends lips as she listened to amelia complain. "i mean, i watch streamers on twitch from time to time, they can be quite entertaining and-"

"oh shut up, valerie. it's so easy to be entertaining as a streamer, not to mention it's the easiest way to get money! any twitch streamer that have said it's such a difficult job is lying!"

valerie raised her eyebrows at her best friend, humming softly as she nodded along. "well if it's so easy, why don't you do it?" she asked, a small smirk placed on her lips.

amelia let out a laugh. "oh yeah! let me play a little minecraft, giggle at every sentence a gamer boy says while streaming it all and i'll be a millionaire in no time!" she sarcastic spoke, rolling her eyes dramatically. "yeah, no thanks."

"come on, you're just scared! i bet you couldn't get a following after streaming on twitch and for a whole year," valerie teased, taking a sip of the coffee in her mug.

amelia stared at her best friends face through the laptop screen in disbelief. "a whole year? oh please! i could get popular in less than two months," she stated confidently.

valerie perked up at that sentence. "okay, prove it then!"

amelias confidence suddenly faded away as she let out a nervous laugh at her best friend. "prove it? what do you mean?" she asked, sitting up while grabbing her laptop to place on her lap.

"i think what i mean is pretty easy to figure out," valerie laughed out. "start streaming on twitch and if you don't get a decent following after two months, then you owe me.. you have to pay the rest of my college intuition!"

amelia squinted her eyes at her best friend, humming in thought. "okay... what do i get if i do get a following?"

"well, what do you want?" valerie asked out, smiling softly just happy amelia was actually considering this deal.

amelia thought for a second before giggling to herself. "i want your blessing on dating your smoking hot brother!" she exclaimed, giggling childishly.

valerie sighed out, shaking her head with a smile on her face. "you're such a loser! what makes you think my brother would even date you?"

amelia shrugged. "he's a single 24 year old man, he might be desperate! if i win, then we'll find out if he'd even consider dating me!" she stated with a smile.

valerie rolled her eyes playfully. "fine! IF you win, then i'll give you my blessing. so, are you down?"

the curly haired girl grinned happily, nodding. "oh you're on! this is going to be a piece of cake," she stated cockily

"great! it's a bet."
