Unexpected.

After my parents and Natasha had finished their conversation, Natasha and me (BE HAPPY LA TEACHER. BE HAPPY. BECAUSE IT'S NEVER HAPPENING AGAIN) went up to my room. In there we tidied up, and, that's about it. When we were done, Lo went home and I began watching videos. I pulled up Venturiantale's channel and began to watch the Bonnie 2.0 rag doll episode.

When that was done (which was a barrel of laughs BTW) my parents had dinner out on the table. It was beef tacos with yellow rice and cheese. So, that was good. After that, me and Natasha went up to my room and I layed down a sleeping bag for Nata (That's Natasha's new nickname). The sleeping bag was a light blue that faded to a dark blue and it was VERY comfortable.

After that, we watched a few Venturiantale videos as well as some Markiplier (we laughed so hard XD). When the clock hit 10:00, I took out my color contacts, and we went to bed.

Something walked behind me, casting a large shadow over the 4 year old me. I turned around to see no one, and the shadow was gone. Then I felt a pair of arms grab me and lift me up. I began to scream and kick while crying. The arms dropped me onto the hard concrete. "F***!" They yelled. Suddenly, the world around me turned white.

I stood up, being 10 now. What the heck was going on? I saw a forest off in the distance and began to walk to it, but stopped. They weren't trees. They were, but it looked like it was scribbled with crayon. Everything was. I looked up. There wasn't a blue sky, but the sun was there. Looked like it was drawn with crayon. I began to panic, running to the forest. Something was wrong.

Very wrong.

I heard a voice. It was soft and calming, but not like Natasha's. It was lighter, more childish. "Your stuck here too?" I spun around, only to be face to face with a girl. She had black hair with blood red eyes and a cut that glowed and errie blue over her left eye, as well as a cast around her right foot. She wore a long white gown, like the ones from hospitals. I realised I was wearing one too.

"Yeah, I guess." I said, my voice being as gentle as a snowflake. Why was my voice like that?

"Well I'm Kokoro, which means 'heart' in Japanese. You are?"

"Claire."

"Nice to meet you Claire!" She smiled. A question nipped at my mind.

"What do you mean 'stuck here too'? And where is 'here'?"

"Oh! You must be new. Welcome. It's been a while since someone else joined me." Her voice had a cheerful tone to it, making it kinda errie, "This is the dream prison. It is a place where people that were never ment to be go, but only when they sleep. I assume you just got here, correct?"

"Yes."

"So that must mean that in the real world..." Her voice trailed off into a heap of words that made no sense. After all, what the fudge is a 'Hgevonc'? Or a 'Selicanw'? Or 'basketball'? Well, forget about that last one

"But what do you mean 'stuck here?'" I asked, interrupting her nonsense babble.

"This is where you will be for all of your dreams, and you can't escape. Believe me, I've tried. Eventually you will get very bored of this place, but there is an upside."

"And that is?"

"This." Suddenly, an IPhone was in her hand.

"Where'd that come from?!"

"Right here." She pointed to her mind, "All you have to do is think of it to appear and it will. Give it a try!" I thought of my dog, Snake. Suddenly, poof! She was there.

"Hay there!" I said, petting my dog. Her knotty fur ran through my fingers, tickling them. She jumped up and licked my face.

"She's so cute! Is she your dog?" Kokoro asked, petting her.

"She was." I said, a hint of sadness in my voice. Suddenly, a loud crashing noise shot into my ears.

"Your walking up, see you in your next dream." Kokoro's voice was lost in the loud noise that shot into my ears. It was a mixture of glass shattering, yelling, and other noises.

I shot up out of my bed and threw off my covers. I felt blood slowly oozing from my right eye, but I didn't care. I looked over at Natasha's sleeping bag, but she wasn't there. The door was wide open.

I rushed out the door to see man going down the stairs, dragging Nata with him. She was knocked out, her body laying limp. I looked over at the living room, seeing there was other men there with my parents knocked out and bags full of stuff, jewelry, I guessed. Anger boiled deep from inside, but I hid in a closet so they wouldn't find me. But I could hear them.

"Did you find her?" A male voice, that sounded awfully familiar, said. We're they talking about me? My mind raced, powered by anger and curiosity.

"No, but I found her friend." Another male voice said, but it didn't ring any bells. They were referring to Nata, I guessed. My anger was now searing hot.

"Keep looking then you dimwit!" The same male voice that sounded familiar said. I heard footsteps coming up the stairs. Quickly, I formed a plan (grammar?)

When the closest door swung open, my plan was put into action. I punched the man in the face, then kicked his legs. He collapsed onto the floor, panting.

"Did you find her Richard?" Why was that voice so familiar? It began to bug me.

"Yes, but the stupid brat's got me on the floor!" He yelled.

"Tisk, tisk, must I do everything?" I finally realized who's voice it was. It was Jordan's! From the bus! Could it really be him? The question that nipped at my mind was soon answered when I saw Jordan coming up the stairs.

"Listen Claire, if you come quietly, I won't hurt you or your friend." He said. The shadow of a smirk lingered on his face.

"Why would I do that? I'd rather fight!" I yelled to him. I didn't notice my ginger hair covering my eye.

"That's a shame, I was hoping that you would come quietly. On top of that, it seems your already hurt, with that much blood coming out of your face. What ever might have caused that?" He muttered the last part with real concern, but I could barely hear it, "Any who, enough chit chat. Time's a wasting."

He pulled out a sword from its sheath. It's handle was a royal blue with the one sided blade being silver. He jumped over to me and swung it at me. I quickly dodged the attack and tried to run, but he backed my up against the edge of the balcony/hallway thing that goes over our living room.

"Surrender, or I will be forced to make you fall to your probable death." His voice was deep and dark.

"Never! I will take neither as an option!" I yelled with all my courage.

"Fine then, have it your way." He sliced at my shoulder, forcing me move. He cut straight through the wood. He then cut at my other shoulder, forcing me to move again. I didn't notice that the railway I was leaning on was shaking. Before I knew it, I was falling.

I closed my eyes. There was only two thing I was thinking about while I was falling. 'He is so dead. If I live through this, which I probably won't, I AM SO KILLING HIM.' Was one. 'Oh god, I am so dead right now! The floor will come anytime soon, I just know it!' Was the second, the latter being the one that was the most important. But the ground never came. In fact, I couldn't feel the wind on my back anymore. I opened my eyes, slowly, to see something weird.

Something awesome. Something magical.

I was floating.
