Chunin Exams: Survival Test

Third Person's POV

"You ready for the second test? Good, then follow me!" Anko shouted as she raised her fist to the air, a few Genin sweat drop at her attitude

"She's like you kit"

'Seriously Kurama? I am not a loudmouth who acts without thinking like her! I think of plans too, ya know' Kurama only rolled his eyes as he knows that Naruto is like that most of the time. Ibiki peeked out of the cloth
"You're early" he said as Anko's cheeks flushed red since she was a bit embarrassed, she regained her composure and looked at the remaining Genin
"This many? You let them all pass?" she asked raising a brow
"Your test was too easy. You're getting soft Ibiki" she said narrowing her eyes at Ibiki
"Or it could be that the candidates this year are stronger" he said smirking, Anko hummed as she placed her hands on her hips
"They sure don't look like it. Before I'm done with them more than half will be eliminated" she said smirking, the Genin widened their eyes upon hearing that more than half will be eliminated
"This is gonna be fun.. you maggots have had it easy so far but things will be different first thing in the morning. Your Jonin sensei will inform you where to meet. Dismissed!"

~The next day~

The Genin looked at the place in awe, it was a large forest with gigantic trees and a steel fence surrounding it along with a chain and lock and a sign that says 'Keep out'.
"This is where you'll take the second exam. Training field number 44, but we call it the Forest of Death. You'll soon realize why" Anko said chuckling. Some of them shuddered while some gulped, Naruto could only hold a fist containing his excitement. 'This forest is said to be dangerous. I can't wait, ya know!' he thought.
"Before we start, you'll have to sign this consent form" Anko said holding up papers enough for all Genin, she gestured the stack to Naruto as he walked to her and took the papers taking one and passing it to the other Genin. As he was doing that Anko started explaining about the second exam starting with the terrain then the scrolls they need to pass including the duration of the exam (Which is 120 hours, simply 5 days)
"You'll exchange your consent form with a scroll in that hut over there. After that, pick your entrance and the gates will open simulatneuosly" she sighed before saying
"A word of advice.. don't die!" she exclaimed as the Genin sweat dropped. Naruto slumped a bit, 'Don't die huh..'

"What did I tell you?" Kurama said smirking (recall last chapter he told Naruto try not to die!)

After a while the teams exhanged their consent forms with a scroll, with a Chunin guide they were lead to a gate of their choice and waited for 30 minutes to officially start the exam.
"All right! We won't lose! We're gonna take 'em down and get a scroll!" Naruto shouted as he did a few punches. Sakura nodded and thought 'Channaro!' her inner self yelled. Sasuke could only smile at his teammates and turn serious.

~30 minutes later~

The Chunin guides unlocked the padlocks of the gate and are waiting for the signal to open them
"The second part of the Chunin exams. Start!" Anko yelled as the gates opened simultaneously and the Genin rushed inside.

5 minutes gone by and Team 8 was able to trap another team screaming because of the leeches on their body. From outside Anko smirked from the sound
"Looks like they've started"

Team 7 turned to where the screaming came from
"Was that someone screaming just now?" Sakura asked nervously, Sasuke and Naruto can only show serious faces until Naruto stiffened
"I gotta pee!" he said rushing to a bush, Sakura twitched as she turned to Naruto
"You idiot! What do you think you're doing in front of a girl?! Go over there!" she exclaimed giving Naruto a whack on the head and pointing to a bush farther away. Naruto sweat dropped as he obeyed and went to a farther bush.
