Introducing Team 7

Third Person's POV

In the academy, the newly graduated Genin were in their classroom since they will be put into teams with a Jonin sensei to guide them in their missions. As Naruto walked inside, the other students looked at him with surprised looks.

Naruto walked to a random seat at the center and was approached by a boy who has messy brown hair, sharp black eyes with vertical slit-like pupils, pronounced canine teeth and nails that can change into claws, he also has the distinctive red fang markings of the Inuzuka clan on his cheeks
"What are you doing here? This place is only for those who graduated!" Kiba said with an irritated look and his dog Akamaru barked in agreement, Naruto just smirked and tapped his forehead protector
"Don't you see this? I graduated too, ya know" Kiba scoffed
"Hmph, pretty sure you won't survive long" he said as he left. Kurama in Naruto's mindscape growled

"That dog breathed brat..!" Naruto only sighed as he rested his head on his palm 'Don't worry Kurama, he'll surely grow up soon' he said to Kurama. As he was about to doze off loud footsteps were heard outside until the classroom door was opened loudly, showing two newly graduated Genin kunoichi, one has fair skin and light blue eyes with platinum blonde hair tied in a ponytail with bangs framing the right side of her face, while the other one has fair skin, green eyes and pink hair.

"Oh look, it's screaming banshee and her rival" Kurama commented

The two Genin kunoichi stepped aggresively in the classroom and breathed heavily as they catch their breath, then one spoke up
"Yes! I came in first!" Sakura exclaimed
"No! I came in first!" Ino said while placing her hands on her hips,
"Excuse me? My foot stepped in first!"
"My foot was first by an inch!"
"Are you trying to cover up your loss?" Sakura smirked as she crossed her arms, Ino furrowed her brows and pointed a finger at her
"Hah! I'm not that pathetic, Billboard brow" she mocked Sakura, Sakura grew a tick mark on her forehead
"What was that, Ino-pig?" then it was Ino's turn to grow a tick mark
"What?" they kept glaring daggers at each other while the rest of the class minded their own business.

The two walked towards Naruto making the blonde boy smile 'Sakura-chan!' he stood up from his seat and smiled
"Good morning Sakura-chan!" he greeted, Sakura and Ino looked at the boy then furrowed their brows
"Move Naruto! I'm sitting there!" Sakura said
"No! I'm sitting there!" Ino argued
"Find somewhere else to sit!" Sakura said
"Out of the way Naruto-baka!" Sakura said as she shoved Naruto away making him fall to the floor, she sat down near a boy with spiky black hair with a blue tint that hangs over his face as bangs and black eyes.
"Good morning Sasuke-kun" she greeted as she blushed, Sasuke put his hands together and rested his chin on his hands while closing his eyes
"Hn" he replied, making all of the other girls gather near him and squeel. Naruto sighed as he got up from the floor and sat next to Sakura. He glanced at her and blushed'Sakura-chan looks cute today!' Naruto thought as he smiled a little

"What do you see in that screaming banshee brat anyway?" Kurama asked, Naruto then rested his head on the table and glanced at Sakura 'Sakura-chan is cute, and pretty. She's smart too, and kind!' Kurama face-palmed when Naruto said 'kind'

"I question your taste in women Naruto.." Naruto only laughed a little as a girl with fair complexion, dark blue hair and lavender eyes stared at the blonde boy and blushed as she played with her fingers 'Naruto-kun..' she thought. As the Genin were doing their own thing, Iruka entered the classroom and stepped up at the front
"Okay everyone! Please take a seat!" he said as everyone settled down. He coughed a little before starting his announcement
"Once again, congratulations on becoming Genin! This is only the start of your career as a Shinobi so you have to do your best!" he said as he smiled.
"Now then, time to announce your team!" he said as he took a clipboard, the Genin were whispering to themselves hoping to be on the same team with their friends or with a certain Uchiha for the girls.

"Anyone you want to be on the same team with?" Kurama asked Naruto, 'Anyone would do, as long as I can work together with them' he thought in reply
"Okay. Team 1!"

~A few moments later~

"Team 7!" Iruka started again
"Uzumaki Naruto!" Naruto paid attention to Iruka as his name was called
"Haruno Sakura!" Naruto stood up and let out a 'Yay!' as he was happy to be on the same team with his crush while Sakura slumped to be on the same team with the so-called 'deadlast' of their grade
"And Uchiha Sasuke!" this time Sakura stood up with a 'Yay!' upon the mention of the Uchiha's name, Naruto sat back down with a blank expression

"What's wrong kit?" Kurama asked with concern, 'Nothing, it's just.. I'm alright with Sasuke but.. he's a stuck up brat" Naruto thought as he sweat dropped, Kurama laughed when Naruto said 'brat' clearly influenced by his tenant. The announcement of team's went on and they were to wait for their Jonin sensei to pick them up.

Teams were taken out slowly, until Team 7 was the ony team left.
"HE SURE IS LATE! THAT JONIN SENSEI!" Sakura yelled as she clenched her fist
"Hn" was Sasuke's only response while Naruto sighed and rested his head on the table, 'What's making our sensei late..?' Naruto thought, Kurama had his head down and thought 'This is oddly familiar..' then the door was open revealing a man with spiky silver hair oriented to his left side, dark grey eyes and typically a relaxed and lazy expression, he wears a mask and his left eye is covered with his forehead protector. He glanced at his Genin,
"My first impression.. you're boring" this shocked Sakura while Sasuke furrowed his brows and Naruto blinked
"Meet me on the roof in 5" he said as he disappeared in smoke. Sasuke stood up and left while Sakura followed
"Wait for me Sasuke-kun!" leaving Naruto in the classroom.

Naruto sighed and shunshined to the stairs near the roof and climbed up to see their Jonin sensei at the railing reading a book. Naruto went near the Jonin and sat at the stairs. Moments later, Sasuke and Sakura arrived. Sasuke was quite surprised to see Naruto there before him but didn't mind it, he sat at Naruto's left while Sakura sat on Sasuke's left. The Jonin closed his book and kept it in his pouch.

"Okay Team 7, before anything else why don't you introduce yourselves?" the Jonin said, Sakura raised her hand
"But sensei, how do we do that?" she asked, Kurama face-palmed
"Just say your likes, dislikes, and dreams"
"Why don't you go first sensei?" the Jonin sighed
"I'm Hatake Kakashi. I don't have much likes, and I don't wanna tell you my dislikes. My dreams are none of your concern" he said as he smiled, the three Genin sweat dropped
"He only gave us his name.." Sakura muttered
"Okay, who wants to go first?" Kakashi asked
"Me! Me!" Naruto said waving his arms
"Okay, go on"

"I'm Uzumaki Naruto! I like cup ramen and a few people. I hate waiting for the 3 minutes for the noodles to cook, and I hate people who don't know the difference between a kunai and a scroll. My dream is to become Hokage and get everyone to acknowledge me!" Naruto introduced himself, 'And to help other Jinchūriki and Bijū!' he thought as Kurama smiled. Kakashi smiled at the blonde boy
"Okay, you next pinky!" Kakashi said as he pointed at Sakura who had a tick mark from the nickname

"I'm Haruno Sakura. I don't like Ino-pig and Naruto-baka! Who I like is... My dream is..." she said in between giggles as she kept on glancing at Sasuke and squeeled in the end. Kakashi sweat dropped
"Okay.. next, you" he said pointing at Sasuke, Sasuke rested his elbows on his thighs placed his hands together and rested his chin on his hands

"The name's Uchiha Sasuke. I don't have much likes, and I have a lot of dislikes. I don't have a dream but an ambition, and that is to revive my clan and to kill a certain man" he said with a gloomy aura. Narto furrowed his brows and Kakashi looked serious, both knowing what he meant. While Sakura smiled and blushed, 'Sasuke-kun is so cool!' she thought. Kakashi sighed
"Okay, now that that's done, time to talk about your survival test" Kakashi said as he clapped his hands catching the Genin's attention.
"But we already did those at the academy" Sakura said while raising a brow
"This survival test won't be the same as the one's you did in the academy. This test is to determine whether you guys can continue as Genin or not" this announcement surprised the Genins
"What? But we already took the test!" Sakura protested, Kakashi just smiled
"I have my own criteria for my Genin" he then stood up straight and took his book out
"Meet at training ground 7 on 6 am sharp. And don't eat breakfast, you'll throw up" Kakashi said before he poofed away in smoke leaving the three Genin.

Okau, that's about it! They know their teams already yey! The rest of the teams are the same as the on in the anime. Look forward to next chapter!
