Chapter 11 - This is just the beginning....

Austin's P.O.V

I leaned in and I closed my eyes.

I was about to kiss her but she stepped back...

"I'm sorry, but I can't do this." She said looking around.

"If this is for Nathan, remember he cheated on you." I said.

She turned to see me.

"I know and I don't love him, but I'm going to marry him and I have no choice about that. Yeah, he cheated on me but it was his mistake not mine. I mean, just because he cheated doesn't mean I'm going to do the same... even if we are not a couple right now. I'm loyal no matter what." She said as she turned around again to walk away.

I grabbed her hand.

"Charlotte." 

I took a deep breath.

"I like you and I really want to be more than friends."

She stood there thinking.

Charlotte's P.O.V

Oh man... this can't be happening. Not now!

"Austin... I-"

"I understand." He said with his head down.

"I'm sorry... You are such an amazing boy. Cute, a gentleman, funny and everything a girl could ask for. But try to understand. It's not easy to me to trust someone again and it's not easy to love again... Besides, I'm going to get married soon, we can't have a relationship when I get married. That's not right." 

He just nodded.

I turned around to walk home.

"At least let me take you home." He said.

"No, it's okay. I can go for my own." 

and with that I just walked out of the party and straight to my house.

Nathan's P.O.V

We were playing video games.

"I WOOOOON!" Tom yelled jumping in the couch.

"I'M OUT OF THIS." Jay said after he lost in the game and throwing the remote in the couch.

We all laughed at his reaction.

It was like 1:00 in the morning and we were having a good time.

From all of the sudden we heard a knok on the door.

Who could be at this time?

Siva went to open the door.

"Charlotte! Whoa, what happened to you?" He asked.

"Well, it's raining and I came here walking, DON'T ASK WHY, and I forgot the keys. " She said walking in.

"Okay... I'm not going to ask then." Siva said closing the door.

"Hey guys." She said as she walked into the living room.

"Why are you all wet?" Tom asked laughing at her.

"It's raining outside, isn't that obvious?" She said.

 "Did you had fun at the party?" Jay asked.

"To be honest... no." She said.

"Why?" Max asked.

"Because... um... it was boring!" She said nervously....

"Are you sure it was just that?" Siva asked raising his eyebrows knowing there was something else.
