Chapter 23 - You Found Me

Jay's P.O.V

I walked into Siva's flat.

"Hey mate, you took so long in the market." Tom said.

"Uh.. there was a lot of people. That's why it took me so long." I said trying not to sound nervous.

They can't find out about Charlotte.

"Yeah right.. and it took you two hours. How many people was there? Everyone who lives London?" Max joked.

I laughed nervously and walked to the kitchen.

"Are you okay? You were acting weird back there." Nathan said as he walked into the kitchen.

"I'm okay, it was nothing." I said and headed to the living room before he could ask more.

*two months later*

I was texting Charlotte about where should we meet.

"Who are you texting?" Nathan asked smiling.

"No one." I said playing it cool and locking my phone.

He raised one eyebrow and I smiled walking upstairs.

"I'm going to take a shower!" I yelled and went into the bathroom.

Nathan's P.O.V

I was sitting on the couch watching tv when the lads walked in.

Max ruffled my hair.

"Where did you go?" I asked, keeping my eyes on the tv.

"We went for food!" Siva said.

"Here." Tom handed me a plate with pasta.

"Thanks." I smiled and started to eat.

"Where's Jay?" Max asked.

"He went to take a shower." I said.

"Oh." He nodded. 

"Guys?" I said, putting the plate on the table next to me.

They all turned to me.

"Is just me or Jay has been acting weird lately?" I asked frowning.

"I thought I was the only one who noticed that!" Tom said.

"I don't know what's up with him. He acts weird when we start asking him where he went or who he's talking to." Siva said.

"He left his phone here." I said looking over at the table.

"Uh... I don't think that's a good idea." Max said, like if he read my mind.

"He's taking a shower!" I said grinning.

"Nathan, no." Tom said.

"Just see his--" 

ring

His phone rang.

I saw the caller ID and it said "C"

"Who is it?" 

"I don't know, It just has a C and a happy face." I said.

Since no one answered, then the same person sent a message.

It said: "Hey Jay. I just went to the doctor! But I will tell you everything later. See ya at Starbucks in a few. -Lottie x"

Lottie? as... 

It can't be.
Nope, not possible.

I put the phone back down and in that moment Jay walked in.
