I took in a breath and looked into his piercing eyes.

Holy shit, I thought, he feels the same way.

"R-really?" I stuttered, the nervousness inflicted in my voice.

He laughed. "Actually, this is about the third time I've told you but yes Ali, I am in love with you."

he took my hand and wrapped his hand around mine.

I had the sudden urge to kiss him so I thought, what the hell, and grabbed the back of his neck and our lips crashed. Our lips moved in sync, like they were made to fit each other.

At that moment, nothing else mattered but me and Justin. It was like the universe stopped for a few minutes, engulfing us in our own little world.

The door opened suddenly and me and Justin pulled back from the embrace we were in. My cheeks were tinted pink and my lips were swollen from kissing.

The doctor smiled at us apologetically. "Sorry for not knocking."

Justin smirked and glanced at me, causing me to brazenly look at the floor in utter embarrassment.

"Oh, no problem at all." Justin calmly replied.

The doctor glanced in my direction and chuckled then looked back down at the slightly crinkled paper on his clipboard.
He pulled out a pen from his lapel, the clicking sound making me flinch for some odd reason.

"Sign here," he said, pointing to a spot on the page, "and here." He pointed to another spot farther down along the white paper.

Justin took the pen and quickly signed his name, frowning face in full view.
"Justin, your first appointment is on the 27th, is that compatible with your calendar?"

The doctor took the clipboard and the pen from Justin's white-knuckled grasp and flipped a page, looking onto the second page. He glanced back up at Justin, patiently waiting for a response.

Justin's eyes were glazed over and he looked like he was day-dreaming.

"Justin?" I asked.
Justin's head snapped up and his eyes became clear once again.
"Sorry, I was... Sorry. What did you say?" He turned to the doctor.

The doctor cleared his throat and glanced back down at his clipboard.
"Is the 27th compatible with your calendar?"
Justin glanced at me then back at him and nodded swiftly.
"Yeah, that's fine." He ran his hands through his hair, obviously anxious. "Can we go now?" He asked, impatient.

"Yes. Remember to follow the instructions on your prescription." The doctor said, in a monotone voice.

Justin took the doctors hand and shook it firmly. "Thank you, sir for having us today."

The doctor gave a half-hearted smile and he rubbed his ever so present stubble.
"No problem. Have a good day."
He gave me a smile and walked out of the room, taking his doctorly presence with him.

"Well, looks like we have a long road ahead of us."

Justin wrapped his arm around my shoulder and we started to walk to the revolving doors and out of the white-walled prison.

Justin started his car and looked behind him. He started to pull out of the hospitals parking lot. He pulled onto the highway and glanced at me and smiled and took my hand.

"I couldn't do this without you."
I smiled at him and squeezed his hand tighter.

He pulled onto a slightly less busier street and glanced at me again. I smiled and looked forward, but all I saw were bright headlights heading straight for us.

"Justin!" I screamed, a blood-curdling scream that made my toes want to curl in my shoes.

"Ali!"

Justin's face turned to absolute horror and he reached for me, enveloping me in his arms. And that was when it all went pitch black.
