Hinata's POV:
As we all walk out the door, excitedly making our way towards the bus stop that's 20 minutes away, me and Nishinoya run ahead- well, more like race each other ahead, not really paying attention to how far ahead we are, we find ourselves already at the bus stop only in 5 minutes, far far ahead of the rest of the group
"HAH! FIRST!" I scream as I jump up and down
"Uh- sh-should we go back to the r-rest of the group?" Nishinoya asks, panting out of breath from not that far behind me
I turn around to look at him "We can just wait for them here" I say
"Go-good idea" he says as he sits on the ground
I sit beside Nishinoya "Hey, you alright?"
"Y-yeah, jus-t out of breath" he replies
as we sit beside each other, we look up at the sky
I point to a cloud and say "That one looks like a volleyball!"
he laughs as I say this "o-of course that's the one you point out, but look at that one!" he says point to one that looks like an Among Us character
"woah- well, look at that one!!" I say pointing to another cloud
we do this back and forth for 5 minutes, trying to compete to find the coolest cloud
"who would've thought looking at clouds could be so fun?" I say, standing up
"yeah, I never expected it to be this fun" he says, looking up at me
I reach my hand out to help him up, and he takes it, as he stands up he points somewhere behind me "look! that cloud looks like a cat" he exclaims
I look behind me "huh, where?!?"
"your not looking in the right place" he says
"where do I look then??" I ask
he then walks towards me, sending a shiver down my spine as he stops right behind me, so close I can feel his breath on the back of my neck,
my face starts to get hot as he puts his hands on the side of my head/face, slowly turning it towards the left
"can you see it now" he says, removing his hands, taking a few steps back
"y-yeah" I stutter as I spot it
"i-it really does look like a cat" I say, taking a few steps forward, turning around to face him, he's now a full 7 feet away from me
"The others should be here so-" I'm cut off when I notice him take half a step closer, a slight smile on his lips
I tilt my head, a confused look on my face
"Nishinoya?" I say confused, no idea what he's doing
He takes another step towards me, his smile now gone
"What're you doing-" I seriously have no idea what hes doing
He takes another step,
then another, a full 5 second pause between each step he takes
I look him in the eyes, trying to read his expression, trying to figure out what he's doing
"Nishinoya? What're you doing-"
He then takes 2 steps towards me, now a full foot away from me
my face starts getting hot and my heart skips a beat
"N-nishinoya, what're you d-doing?" I ask, looking him in the eyes
he takes half a step forward, our faces only inches away from each other
I then notice he has a slight blush across his face
he puts his hand on my cheek, my face gets hotter and my heart starts racing, he starts to lean forward but then-
"HEY DUMBASSES, WHY'D YOU RUN AHEAD LIKE THAT" We hear Kageyama yell
"Watch your language" Sugawara says
I quickly jump backwards, away from Nishinoya at the sound of their voices
"Were you guys about to kiss or something" Tsukishima says
Everyone looks at him
"What?" Sugawara says
"Why do you think that" Tanaka adds
"Does it really matter what they were doing? It's none of our business" Kageyama says looking at the ground
"I wasn't talking to you guys, I was talking to them" Tsukishima says, turning the attention towards us
'what WAS he doing..? was he going to kiss me-' my thoughts are cut off by Nishinoya saying "What we were doing doesn't concern you"
Sugawara, Daichi and I stare at him in shock, meanwhile
Tsukishima keeps pushing
"Well.. it looks like you were about to kiss" Tsukishima says
"Well, we weren't" Nishinoya says, glaring at him
"Then what were you doing?" Tsukishima says, taking a step forward
Nishinoya looks at the ground, trying to figure out something to say "He-" I cut him off
"I had something.. on my face, he was getting it off" I say
"Oh, what was on your face?" Tsukishima asks
I take out an already opened chocolate bar out of my hoodie pocket
"This" I say smirking
