Mew's POV

------------------------------------

"Por!!! It's time to leave!!!"

"yes papa" I saw the kid running toward the front door from the kitchen and Gulf helped him wearing his shoes and coat, I was upstairs watching them taking their bags and left, the same scene every morning for a month, even during weekends they would go out to have fun.

I'm not sure of what to say or react around that kid, I truly hate his mother but my grandfather is right, that boy is innocent but I can't help seeing my sister in him, he got her hazel eyes color and white skin.

The brown eyed boy did keep his promise and is taking a good care of him, he keeps cooking to him, playing with him, teaching him, even reading to him bed time stories, even though he had to wake up earlier to prepare the kid's breakfast and lunch box, but he happily did it every day, taking him to and off the kindergarten without any complaint.

********************************

It's Sunday afternoon, it was raining since morning, I was in the living room watching a movie when the tall boy approached me

"I'm going to the convenience store to buy a few things, Por is napping in his room"

"why are you telling me?"

"in case he woke up when I'm still out, please don't treat him badly" he said walking toward the front door, I looked back to the TV focusing on the movie again, half hour later

"papa!" I heard the kid's sleepy voice while he was coming downstairs when he saw me he got froze

"u-u-uncle, whe-where is papa?" he asked w stuttering looking scared, he was scarred of me

"he went out shopping, he will be back soon" the little boy nodded then he walked toward the kitchen. I jumped out of place the moment I heard the sound of glass breaking, walked into the kitchen I saw the kid standing holding a bottle of water and a broken glass just next to his feel, he looked at me terrified

"i-I'm sorry!!! I'm sorry!!! I'm sorry" he kept apologizing with tears sliding down his cheek

"I will clean it" he quickly putted the bottle away and bent down to touch the shards of glass

"no!!!" I yelled to stop him, he was going to hurt himself, when I walked closer, the little short boy fell backwards curled in a ball and was shivering covering himself

"please don't hit me!! I'm sorry! I won't do it again! Please don't hit me" seeing him fear eating him up made me so shocked

"why would I hit you?" I asked

"I broke the glass"

"it's just a glass, I can buy a new one, I won't hit, I will never hit you" even if I don't know how to react around him I will never hit a child, he slowly looked up to me still tears in his eyes

"you won't hit me?" I shook my head

"why did you think I will?"

"father and mother always hit me if I break something" I looked to him dumbfounded, he was hit for that? But he is a child!!!!

"don't worry, I will never hit you and Gulf won't do it too, so don't ever touch broken glass again or you'll get hurt" he nodded and slowly stood up, I took another glass and poured water for him then I cleaned the floor while he sat on a chair that's when Gulf came back

"what's going on?" he asked seeing me moping the floor

"he broke a glass here" he looked to Por
