It's funny,
How when a heart breaks,
It keeps beating,
But all you want is for it to stop,
And all you can do is beg,
Saying to yourself, " please, just stop."
But it doesn't.
And you hate it because of it,
But your also thankful.
Because you realize that whatever broke your heart,
Is genuinely not worth this pain,
Or sorrow.
