Destiny Brookes, sister of Dustin Brookes, motocross rider and proud employee of a small shop called Storm Charges.
Destiny has long brown hair and beautiful hazel eyes, resembling her older brother. Her brother was one of her best friends along with Shane and Tori.
She is was also a ninja student at the Wind Ninja Academy and is different from all the student there she has the Power of Ice. She could manipulate ice, being the only one with this gift.
Destiny has always been top of her class but one day when she leasts expects it she fails and doesn't feel like herself.
The next day, she comes to find her school being sucked up into the sky leaving her, Shane, Tori, Dustin, Cam and Sensei.
Destiny soon finds out she will be one of four wind rangers and will have to face lothor and his monsters.
Later along the journey will come new rangers and new romances.
Destiny will also learn that she is more powerful than she knows and she is the glue of the team.
