A week later...

       We were driving back from school, well Bea is, nasa shotgun lang ako. Then, yung twins sa backseat naka-upo. The four of us were having a chat about how a student-athlete's schedule is so time consuming, walang halong biro, you need time management to survive. It's been a hectic week for us, I mean, especially now that malapit na mag- school break.

       Ang dami na ngang paper works na kailangan ipasa on time, syempre as student-athletes we need to work our butts off sa training. And speaking of training, halos patayin na kami ni Coach kanina. At this point hindi ko alam kung sa UAAP niya kami isasali o makikipag- bakbakan sa digmaan.

"And remember kanina, muntik na yata akong himatayin sa one man namin ni Coach." Felicia groans behind me.

"Don't worry, I'll cook you merienda for your hard work kanina," Deanna says being the sweetest twin ever.

Bea snorts, "teka, cook? Kailan ka pa natuto magluto?" she teased.

"Don't underestimate your sister, Bei." I grinned, making her roll her eyes.

I saw Deanna smiling at the rear-view mirror, "I mean, if you and ate Mich stop arguing for a minute—"

"Psh, whatever." Bea dismissively her hand.

"Dee has a point, ate," Felicia added, however Bea didn't seem to mind her youngest.

My forehead wrinkles in confusion, "nag-aaway kayo ni Mich?"

Nagtataka lang kasi ako dahil wala namang nababanggit si Mich sakin tungkol sa pag-aaway nila ni Bea. Ang weird lang kasi noong nakaraan lang nakwento sakin ni Felicia na madalang mag-away 'yang si Bea at Mich, at kung mag-aaway man sila ay nagbabati din naman daw agad.

"Yup," Deanna shortly answers. "Sumusunod yata sila sa yapak nila Mommy at Babba." biro nito.

Felicia rolls her eyes, "subukan lang nila, and I'll kill them both!" she kicks the back of the driver's seat, which made Bea yelp in surprise.

The latter groans, "Fei namannnn.." suway nito sa kapatid.

Wala akong magawa kung hindi matawa sa kalokohan ng magkakapatid na 'to. I instantly reached for my phone when it loudly rang, Jho is the name that's flashing on the screen, and sasagutin ko na sana pero namatay 'yung phone ko. Fudge, bakit ngayon ka pa na- lowbatt? ://

"I'm nervous," Felicia blurts out.

Nilingon ko siya sa backseat, "nervous for what ba?"

"I don't know, I think it's just that hindi nagpaparamdam si ate Mich lately," she frowns.

"Nagpaparamdam? Multo ka ghOrl?" nagbibirong sabat ni Deanna, which earned a chuckle from Bea.

I snicker at their antics before returning to the topic, "I know, Fel, hindi rin siya pumasok sa class kanina."

"Nag-aalala lang ako because she didn't call me today, and even a text message. Wala talaga!" Felicia exhales sharply, it's obvious that she's getting frustrated.

"Hey, don't stress yourself out, Fei. I'm pretty sure tatawag na 'yon." Deanna reassures us. "Try ko i-text si Ate baka mag-reply siya."

"Ikaw, Bei?" tanong ko rito habang pumapasok kami sa subdivision nila.

"Uh, no. Wala pa." she answers flatly as she quickly checked her phone.

I silently hoped na kahit kay Bea ay nagparamdam si Mich. Or kahit isang text lang sakin pero wala. Na-saan ka na naman ba Michelle?
