Hey guys I'm back!!!!! So I'm going to be updating every Saturday and they will be decently long. But, I finished it early so here's a update! I would love all votes and feedback that you cool cats give me. Lol I'm weird. I've felt kinda lost with this story because I've made many decisions I don't like with my writing , but I can't really change it now :( I'm trying to get this back on track though :) Well... Here's to the writing!

One week later, I still haven't gone to school. I haven't got over my mom and dad dying and my brother leaving me at my time of pain. I've barley get off my couch, and when I do, it's just to go the bathroom and get something to eat.

Today is the first day I'm leaving my house because I have to go to court to discuss where I'm going to live because technically I'm an orphan. I have no family.

I lay on my couch, my hair all frizzed, surrounded in tissues, Cheeto Balls surround the floor, and still in my Mickey Mouse t shirt I put on a week ago. I don't even want to get up, never mind get ready to go to court.

I reluctantly slide off the couch and sit on my floor, just taking in the scene around me. Who ever thought my life would come to this?

I walk upstairs and turn on the hot water and get in the shower. Once I get out, I dry my hair and comb it through, leaving it naturally down. I put on a white knit sweater with a dark pair of jeans with black flats, the nicest I am willing to get. I grab my car keys and walk outside in the morning light, the first of it I have seen in a long time. I get in my car and drive to the place that they gave me directions to in the mail.

Once I arrive, it's overwhelming. I walk inside the large building and see people rushing around in professional business suits and skirts with brief cases, chirping on the phone or stopping to talk to people walking by. I have no clue where to go so I walk up to the first woman I see.

"Hi," I greet. "Do you know where I can find-" I get out before I get Ridley interrupted.

"Sorry hunny, this is a big kid building where people go to solve problems. Not some high school hang out," she says, faking sympathy. She then turns on her heel and storms off in the other direction.

Well that went as planned. Not.

I continue to walk deeper into the building and see a desk with computers on it. I decide to walk over there.

"Hi my name is Tris Prior and I have an appointment-" I say before I get interrupted again.

"I'll be there to help you in one minute. Just hold on while I go check on something very important." Well at least she is willing to help me. I watch her as she runs around the desk and to the coffee cart. She talks with the lady there for a minute then grabs sugar packets and her coffee and bids her goodbye.

Well, how important that was.

"Sorry. I just had to get one if my daily requirements. You should see me when I don't have it," she grumbles under her breath. "What can I help you with?"

"My name is Beatrice Prior. I have a meeting to discuss my new living conditions. I was wondering where I should go?"

"Hold on one second." She types something's in on her computer, and clicks on something. "So you are going to walk down that hallway," she stops to point down the hall, "And go in the second door on the right. There should be someone down there to greet you."

"Thank you," I say quietly, just starting to panic what this could mean for me. What if I have to get foster parents or adopted? What if I have to move? I can't believe I hadn't thought of this earlier.

I walk done the hall and stop by the door. In front stands a man that looks around 25 with a warm welcoming face. "Hello Ms. Prior, welcome. How are you today?"

Well I'm actually pretty bad since you guys interrupted my TV show marathon, but whatever.

"I'm okay," I shortly response. He looks at me, as if he's studying my response acting like me short stiff reactions mean anything.

"Good," he responses with a full smile. "Let's go inside."

I follow the guy inside, who's name I don't know, and prepare myself for what will happen. There's a group of professional looking people sitting at the table dressed mostly in black, some with laptops and computers out others with pens and notebooks. Briefcases sit next to them. It feels awkward, like I never thought I'd ever be in this situation.

"Hello Ms. Prior, my name is Racael. I am in charge of finding the best possible solution for this problem along with Jacob," she says and gestures to te guy that escorted me in. "First I would like to here from your perspective what happened."

I clear my throat before starting the painful story that has become my life. "Well I first got home one night and turned on the TV like most other teenagers do. Once it was on, I saw the headline: Andrew and Natalie Prior parents of Caleb and Beatrice. Dead. It broke my heart beyond I can even explain in words. I then found out that a friend of mine was behind their death, but accidentally," I explain and for some reason I, I don't want get Four in trouble. "I was in a troubled state and was worried without having any parents. I was terrified about what might've happened to my brother and I. But then I remembered. Caleb is going to be 18 shortly, we'll probably be okay to live just us. Then I receive a nite from Caleb saying that he left to travel across the country to go study early at some college. I then lost it beyond control. The true three things I loved in the world are gone," I finish sadly. I see everyone in the room writing and typing down what I said. Like this is some journal report. I don't really think this meeting is helpful.

"Alright, Ms. Prior. Thank you. It seems nothing new has been added to the story than what we originally had but we are going to look into the car accident so you can get a full grasp of what happened," Racael says.

But I already know what has happened and don't really want it be looked into, I think to myself.

"We will discuss this further about what to do but I do have some news for you," Racael says.

I look at her expectantly, hoping another curve ball isn't going to be thrown.

"We think the best plan will be foster parents."
