( nightmares pov )

* at the ball*

I was  just talking to blue and another king king geno I believe he's really nice. When the announcer spoke up "king ink of the east west kingdom" they said and not long after a mermaid with a rainbow tail came in they smiled and blue swam up to greet  them

Me and geno where talking for a little when his fiancé came over king reaper "ah you must be prince nightmare correct" he said I nodded "yes that's me it's a pleasure to meet you" I responded he nodded I was lost in conversation but was taken aback when I felt a pair of hand wrap around me "hey baby" cross spoke I only smiled and went back to talking "oh- and umm before I forget.  Congratulations on the baby you two" geno spoke "oh thank you"  I responded the ballroom was filled with kingdoms and merfoalk of high stats

It's been a while and I got to meet king error and ink I was with ink and we where talking bout regular when cross spoke up "so ink when you gonna ask error out?" Ink started to blush a rainbow cross only laughed the music started to play and we saw error swim over "umm k-king ink r-right" he spoke a little glitchy "oh uh yes that's me"  ink replied I smirked but cross soon pulled me to face him I placed my hands on his shoulders and  he put his hands on my waist I saw ink and error dancing in the distance ink looked at me and I mouthed "go get him" he understood and and nodded I yawned I was a little tired from dancing but I guess the gods liked me because the music soon stoped  and blue was at the balcony facing the ballroom the room quieted down and he spoke "hello everyone in so very glad that you made it here I'm sure we are all happy that we will be allies and we will be able to work together and not agents each other. And I would like to also say congratulations nightmare and cross on their baby  and we wish you good luck with them once there born don't worry we will tell your story if you don't make it out of this one" this made the room laugh I started to chuckle as well blue soon swam down and started to talk to people I yawned again and cross looked over at me then outside

It was dark outside and nightmare looked tired I sighed and looked at him "tired" I asked he nodded The ball was near the end and people started to leave I picked nightmare up braidial style and swam him to our room

I layed him down on the bed he instantly fell asleep he needed rest I got changed and used magic to change him cuz I'm not a pervert I layed next to him and held him close to me

I'm not letting anyone hurt you and the baby

I will protect you with my life

Even if it kills me 

I woke up to see that nightmare was gone I rushed out to blue and he looked worried so did killer "have you seen nightmare" me and blue said in unison "I though he was with you" I said "I thought the same" blue awnsered stunned
