'Just be yourself. Don't try to be someone you're not.'
Keith's words on repeat in my head.
'Just breath.' I thought.
I took a deep breath.
"S-so what's y-your n-name?" My soulmate stuttered blushing red.
I smiled. "I'm Katie Holt. But my friends call me Pidge. How about you? "
"I'm Violet. Violet Summers. My friends call me Vi." She mumbled and then smiled.
And can I just say her smile is gorgeous!
"Nice to meet you Vi!" I said. "Do you want to ask each other questions and just go from there?"
Violet nodded. "You can go first."
"What's your favorite color?" I asked.
"Purple." She replied. "What's yours?"
"Green." I answered.
~Back to Keith and the others~
"Oh man. This is gonna take forever." Lance facepalmed.
"Shhh!" Keith said smacking his soulmate over the head. "Just let her do her thing. If we need to I'll call her and we can give her advice again!"
"Hmm." Matt said squinting his eyes at his sister soulmate. "She looks a little bit shy. But looks could be deceiving."
"Matt." Hailey hissed. "Would you stop judging the poor girl! You haven't even met her yet!"
"Listen! This my baby sister we are talking about! I'm just worried for her." Matt whispered.
"Matt."
"Yeah?"
"Call your sister now!" Keith said looking at the now struggling Pidge. "Give her advice to go off of or something!"
Matt whipped his phone on dialing his little sisters number.
"Excuse me. It's just my twin brother calling. I forgot to tell him where I was. I'll be right back. I'll grab drinks on my way back over. Would you like anything?" Pidge asked getting up from the table.
"A Lemonade would be nice thank you." Pidge's soulmate went to take out her wallet but Pidge stopped her.
"Don't worry. I'll pay!"
Violet blushed. "Thank you."
Pidge Walked away and answered the phone.
"What!" Pidge hissed.
