“Was it just a dream?”
I saw you in my dream but even up to there you were still with someone else. Both of you were dancing like you were a protagonist in a fairy tale being triumphant with your love. It was my dream but why are you still with someone else? Why were you the main characters and why I’m still an extra of my own dream? It was a lucid dream and I’ve got some amount of control over it. I could actually change the characters, the narrative and the environment but then I grew weak as my tears keeps on cascading. I swear it’s killing me. It’s killing me to see you with someone else apart from me. As I woke up, still nothing changes. You are still in love with another girl. And it keeps me thinking if it was just a dream or a continuation of reality?
