"Ay I called you a couple days ago ?" Romario walked through the door

" had a case" he rubbed his forehead

"What happened ?" I asked interested

"Kylo sanders" he responded

"And ?" I asked

"We think we find im iyte, I shouldn't even be telling you this shit knowing you just gonna help pap ! He doesn't deserve our help Chresanto" he was bound the loose it

"I'm sorry alright ! I'm sorry ? " I didn't like fighting with him

"Someone needs to get it in your damn head Chres" he sighed

"What dad is doing is wrong full stop" he said

"If you find kylo dad will get into more trouble if he opens his mouth" I tried to explain

"It's on his head, nothing to do with anybody else, you stop now or I charge you with interference" he was dead serious

"Fine" I backed down

"So you'll stop ?" His tone was calm

" yes I'll damn stop" I admitted

"Stay away from the whole damn family and nobody associated with em iyte ?" I was scared he was gonna say that

"I teach kylo's sister on a regular basis" I told the truth

"Well quit" he shot back

"I can't stop seeing her !" I wasn't thinking

"Seeing her !?" His face scrunched up

"Shit" i slumped down on the couch

"What the fuck you mean ?" He walked closer

"I might of taken her out on one date the night I called you" i emphasised the word one

"Well forget it ever happened, your gonna go tomorrow to quit your job, come back pack your stuff and go to visit maria alright ?" He thought he was big

"Not yet" I shook my head

"What ?" He thought I was joking

"I don't have work for one week, so gimme a week" I said fairly

"Fine...but that's it" he agreed

"You ain't catching feelings or shit ? You don't love her!" He astounded

"Of course not ! That doesn't mean I don't care, she's just unstable alright ?" I sighed

"What and it-" I interrupted

"Leave it Romario !" I raised my voice

He sighed before walking out slamming the door. I wasn't in the mood for this today, and I was honest I him too. I didn't love diamond, but maybe I did like her. I sat there hopeless feeling useless as hell. I decided to get dressed instead of breathing this air uselessly. I had diamond right where I liked her. Might as well have a bit of fun. I text her asking if she had a free house and she said no. If I only had a week I wanted to get to know her as much as possible. I told her to come to the corner of her street in 15 minutes and she agreed. I locked my apartment before driving to pick her up. I came around the corner watching her confused expression. She spotted me and I stretched over to open the door.

"Sorry I haven't called" I apologised

"It's okay a lot's been going on at home anyways" she shrugged
