Chapter 5

She looked confused and then she said;

" If that's what you really want but you can keep your phone in case you wanna come back." she smiled

" Okay thank you." I smiled

" Take anything you want with you." She said

I smiled and slowly walked upstairs.

I sat on my bed and Sam walked in.

" So your going back.." she said standing in the door way .

" Yeah.." I said

" But why? You finally got a good life and that orphanage was a bad place." she said

" Because people here. They made fun of me worse than at the orphanage." I said

" But you have friends here ." she said

I stayed silent and Robert walked in.

" So your leaving.." he said

I didn't say anything and just looked down.

" Why?" he asked a little harsh .

I didn't say anything and didn't make eye contact.

" Do you hate us or something?" he asked

" No.. I just.." was all I could say

" You just what." he said harshly

" It doesn't matter.." I said grabbing a pair of sweatpants, a sweatshirt a pair of pants and a charger then my blanket and picture frame and walked out of the room.

" ready?" veronica asked

" Yup." I sighed

" You have my number.. Text me whenever." Robert said

" Same with us." Alex and Zach said

Austin didn't say a word he just walked away. Which I don't understand cause he is the one that has talked to me the least.

" Please tell Blayke and Bree." I said Then walked out of the house .

" Skykar!" I heard Robert yell

I look back and he said;

" Just tell me why you wanna leave? "

" It doesn't matter. Why do you care so much anyways?! I've know you for what? A day? I don't matter and you shouldn't care." I said

" Skylar in that day I've came to actually care about you! I've came to thinking about you as a little sister! You made me not think about the little sister I lost 3 years ago! You made me think I never lost her! But I'm going through it all again. But you don't care. Have a nice life Skylar." he said than slammed the door shut .

I looked down and I felt a few tears roll down my cheek and Veronica walked up to me.

" Cmon we have to go." she said

I looked up at the house and saw The boys looking out my window. Robert shook his head and walked away. What have I done.

I got in the car and put in my headphones.

" Alright. You have my number. If you ever want to come back just call me okay? I will come get you any time of the day." Veronica said when we got to the airport .

" Thank you Veronica." I said

She smiled and hugged me and I immediately hugged back.

" You have to go. They called your flight." she said
