Once I walked into the house Kay was on the steps again, but this time she had her hands cupped and her head resting on them causing me to sigh

"Kay" I said tapping her and she looked up.

"I asked you yesterday if anything was up and you looked me dead in the eyes and told me nothing." She said, I automatically assumed she knew

"Ari told you ?" I asked sighing

"Does it fucking matter Keshawn?" She asked standing up

She was getting ready to speak but she I balled her fist and let out a deep breath

"Ight juat listen Kay hold on" I said grabbing her hand and turning her around

"Ima tell you one thing, I didn't cheat never did. We thought he was Brian's but-

"But when you found out he wasn't you still didn't tell me" she said calmly

"You know this the second time you've looked me in the eyes and lied ?" She asked And I ran my hand down my face

"Are you not gonna let me explain what the fuck is going on ?" I asked and she tilted her head

"Go on" she said sitting on the steps

"When he first was born I don't know why I felt like it was irrelevant for you to know. We were moving and starting a new family so I just thought it was best to not tell you. As we got older I started to realize I needed to tell you but I deadass didn't know how." I explained approaching her on the steps but she put her hand up stopping me before getting up

Her eyes began to water and I sighed walking up to her.

She moved away from me but I pulled her near me and she started hitting my chest hard as hell. I wrapped her arms together before pulling her into me and she started crying. My heart started to fucking ache and I can't even imagine how hers feeling.

She pulled away from me and started wiping her tears

"Shit crazy dude, I hold shit down for you and you can't even keep it real with me ? Your wife ? Or your kids ? You really fucked up in the head" she said

She was right, wasn't shit I could say or do I had to take that shit.

She turned around and started walking upstairs causing me to follow

"I didn't wanna fucking loose you. I was young, at the time I was only thinking about myself, but as I got older it was about you I didn't wanna hurt you Kay" I said and she shook her head

"I can't put up with this shit no more honestly" she said before going to the closet.

She started pulling out suit cases and duffel bags and I smacked my teeth

"Kayonna chill" I said going over to her

She grabbed a few clothes out the dresser and started placing them in the bag.

Fed up, I went to her bag and started taking them out. If you don't wanna be bothered with me right now, that's coo I'll get a hotel or I'll stay at Brian's If you want me to but we not doing this that's not gonna be a option we need to talk about this shit" I said

"Talk about what Keshawn ?!" She yelled

"Why you wanna talk now all of the sudden ? Because you caught ? Oh ight" she said before shaking her head

She tried packing again but I continued to take her clothes out the bag until she grew frustrated and stopped.

"You know what ight Keshawn. I'll stay until I figure out other living arrangements I just feel like me getting some time is fair". She said and I nodded
