One week later-

Kay-

Once I got into it the shower I moisturized before going into my closet

"Where you going ?" Kash asked sitting up

"You know where I'm going " I sighed

He stared at me before pulling me into him

"you look nervous" he said kissing my neck

"I am nervous, me and Trey haven't had a decent sit down conversation since he kicked me out, this shit feels weird" I said playing with my fingers

"He's your brother, just act as if none of this shit was going on. Talk to him like y'all still got the bond that y'all had" Kash said and I nodded getting up.

I threw on a simple tight black jump suit with royal blue and black Jordan 1s.

My hair was still done into a sew in so I simply re flat ironed it before applying the rest of my hygiene to my body.

I did my hair into a slick back and added a few light accessories.

"Call me if I need any thing" Kash said and I nodded

"I love you" I said leaning in for a kiss and he pulled me down Before  climbing over me a planting kisses all over my damn face

"I love you too" he chuckled finally letting me up

"You get on my nerves" I chuckled pushing his chest back

Once I left the house I went to the ice cream place me and Trey was meeting at.

Once I walked in he was already at a table leaning with his phone in hand.

I walked towards the table and sat down awkwardly causing him to look up.

"Let's get this ice cream first" his childish ass said sliding out from the table and I shook my head

I ended up getting Oreo ice cream and he got all types of shit in his. Once we both sat down we both poked around our ice creams awkwardly and silently.

"Paps been wanting to hear from you, Kaliya and Lamar too" He said and I looked up

"I thought they was mad at me for what I did?" I asked and he shrugged

"You didn't tell them why you did what you did. Once I told them they tried to get in contact with you but I told them ima ask if you alright with that first" he said and I nodded

"Yeah it's fine" I said before taking a bite from my ice cream and a moment of silence took over again.

"You do know I'm not mad at you right ?" Trey asked and I looked up

I started to speak but my eyes began to burn and I felt them water up.

"I would be" I said and my voice cracked

He sighed coming over to sit beside me

"You has a reason for that shit Kay, I wasn't mentally right I took shit too far that shit was on me not you"

"You're family Trey, I shouldn't have chosen no Nigga over family, you've been there for me and I switched up on you for somebody else that shit was foul" I sighed and he shook his head

"I put myself in that position and it took a minute for me to realize it Kay? I came to Memphis looking for revenge I'm not even gonna lie I really had to re-evaluate myself. I'm sorry for putting you through a position I shouldn't have ever put you in but I'm not mad at you Kay I'm not." He said before using his index finger to wipe my face
