Your smile was the only thing your girlfriend wanted to see. You haven't been smiling since you got home from work. And he could tell from your exhausted face.
Once you were done showering, you were met with Jade scaring you outside the bathroom. You jumped slightly and shook your head, laughing softly. "Wanna hear a joke?" She asked you out of the blue. You looked at her, signalling her to go on.
"What do you call a fish with no eyes?" She asked. You shrugged, waiting for the answer. "A fsh." You couldn't stop laughing at how dumb she sounded. "There's that smile I love to see," Jade looked at you, smiling.
You soon enough stopped laughing and went for her soft lips. You always wondered why were you laughing at the dumb jokes she gave. Oh, right, because it's Jade Amelia Thirlwall, the only one who could make you smile.
