The beat of the heart and
The rhythm of our life is
Lub and Dub
A life work of cardiac muscles
Keep us survive till the last breath
Once it shut down, here we come to an end
In the short period of our journey
Some love, care, smile and help
Some fight, bribe, kill and rob
A few in between roam wearing the mask
People take different path in this tour
But everybody meet the same end
Some understand and follow
But for some people
It will take a long time to realize the reality
Some understand but neglect
Some misunderstand so find difficulties
When they try to work on it
The pendulum may stop
What about you?
Where do you stand?
If you are a beginner, come on you can do this
If you are practicing, well done ! keep it up !
Still you are in the shore, don’t be late
Because in anytime, they can show the red signal for you
