----------------------------------------------Depending on the severity of your ADHD, dealing with it without medication can be mildly hard to extremely difficult. Here are my best tips!
1. Think before you do
It's really no secret that ADHD makes you impulsive, meaning you act before you think about it. This can make you come across and irritating, or reckless. Depending on your level of impulsiveness, it may even be dangerous.
2. Pull yourself back
You know when your sitting in class, and you start drifting away, then next thing you know you have an assignment and have no clue what it is? When you notice that your not paying attention, pull your focus back. This can be hard since it takes discipline.
3. Calm yourself down
Being hyper is also a problem with ADHD. Take deep breaths, in through your nose for three counts, hold for two counts, then out through your mouth for six. Also try thinking of a relaxing scene, like a hammock on a beach in Hawaii
